In order to improve plant stress resistance, and provide a theoretical basis for plant breeding, an experimental research on Pinus sylvestris and Changbai larch was carried out in this paper. Firstly, Pinus sylvestris were divided into37portions, each of100seeds. The magnetic field intensity respectively is0.2T,0.4T,0.6T,0.8T,1T and1.2T. And, the corresponding time period respectively is10min,20min,30min,40min,50min and60min. Those seeds were washed clean after they have been treated by0.1%potassium permanganate for3hours. Pinus sylvestris experiment was carried out in the same way. Then, those seeds were put into garden pot with the sterilized soil. The seedlings were sprayed with3%ferrous sulfate. And, ten days later, the seedlings should be without watering for three days. The same parts of the leaves with the same vigor c selected to do the determination of chlorophyll content, carotenoid content, enzyme activity of SOD and CAT, plant tissue water content and MDA content. Then, the leaves were cut into thin sections by microtome. The fluorescence characteristics of DNA were observed and record by the computer program. The seedlings continued were in the dry hot experimental conditions until withered and death. The order of plant death was record. From what has been experimented above, the following conclusions can be drawn:In different strength magnetic, Many characteristics of Pinus sylvestris and Changbai larch, such as germination percentage, seed vigor, Chlorophyll content, carotenoid content, SOD activity, CAT activity and water content of plant tissue, first increase and then decrease with the time. However, malondialdehyde content first decreases and then increases. For Pinus sylvestris, the condition of the improvement of plant germination percentage and seed vigor is at the time of10min in the0.6T magnetic field. And, the condition of Changbai larch is at the time of40min in the0.8T magnetic field. After adversity treatment, fluorescent colors of Pinus sylvestris were green or yellow-green at the time of10min and40min in different strength magnetic. But, fluorescent color of Pinus sylvestris was red at the time of60min. DNA is relatively complete at the time of10min in the magnetic field intensity0.6T. And, the observation shows that the growth time of Pinus sylvestris treated by0.6T magnetic field treatment for10minutes is almost the longest time. This shows that the good experimental condition of the improvement of stress resistance of Pinus sylvestris is at the time of10min in the0.6T magnetic field.The results show that the plant stress resistance of Pinus sylvestris and Changbai larch can be improved after the experience in the different intensity of magnetic field. It provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of plant stress resistance. The good experimental condition of the improvement of stress resistance of Pinus sylvestris and Changbai larch is at the time of lOmin in the0.6T magnetic field.The method with magnetic field treatment is simple, safe, obvious effect, etc. It is bound to be a good method of plant breeding in the future. And, this method will make its own contribution for the country’s eco-green strategy.
