CSF is one of the most important infectious disease of the pig, it called lousy bowel blast or pig cholera early. In order to different from African swine fever, Europe called it "the classical swine fever". All over the world, swine fever have different degrees of pop in the countries of feeding pigs, it is called one of the A class infectious diseases by OIE, and becoming an important quarantine object. Its pathogen is swine fever virus disease (CSFV). Swine fever virus is a kind of single RNA virus, it is a member of Flaviviridae in pestivirus. The swine fever spread mainly through directly contact with the virus, the infected pigs become the source of infection. The acute infected pigs before having some clinical symptoms, the swine fever virus can spread through its secretion outside. The healthy pigs can be directly or indirectly infected through contacting the vessels of the pollution and poisoned. Though poisoned animals can not show any clinical symptoms, but they are able to transmit the virus to other animals, so they have high potential risk in swine fever in the spread of the virus.For nearly30years, except North America, Oceania and the few European countries no longer popular, it is still threatening the pig industry, it is one of the most important infected diseases of pigs. Because,of many factors, making the typical swine fever, mild illness appeared, which caused persistent infection with the breeding audubon obstacles, the piglets, immune congenital infection and failure and PRRS and the puppet of mixed infection of hydrophobic, every year the economic losses are very large. And in recent years the there are more complex characteristics and clinical expression appearing, typical of pathologic characteristics occur also exist, it is a challenge about controlling of the disease to these veterinary workers. The economic losses caused by the swine fever has always been the hot topics in the study of all countries, our country is not only having the most pigs in the world, but also one of the countries which pop serious illness, every year the directly economic loss is billions of dollars, it caused great waste to human and material resources. Therefore, using a variety of methods to study the popularity of swine fever law, so we can make better comprehensive prevention and control measures to prevent and eliminate swine fever.This research through understanding the present situation of immune antibody of the pig farms in HuBei, and providing scientific and reasonable of good pig disease prevention and control measures to the scale pig farms in HuBei to ensure the safety and health of the pigs. The serum sample of the research from10scale of the boar, sow good pig piglet, big pig, etc, and we use the commercialization of the reagents antibody in the sample kit ELISA check swine fever serum levels of antibodies swine fever serological survey test. ELISA is the most widely used, the fastest growing trace determinated technology. Swine fever ELISA detection method can overcome the disadvantage of traditional test methods, test time long, complex that point, and has the strong specificity, high sensitivity, repeatability, testing time shortly and other characteristics, it is very suitable for testing in serum antibodies to the pig disease.Research by detecting10scale pig group of the serum in HuBei, evaluating the prevention of the level and the immune scheme immune effect in each pig farms. The results of the10pig farms show that, the kind of boar, the backup sow, and the majority of multiparous sows can achieve100%CSF immune qualified, the lactation piglets, the conservation piglets, and fatten pigs can most achieve90%above immune rate of swine fever, the one farm, six farm, eight farm all show the good immune rate in the pig group. The swine fever OD630nm of value variation coefficient (CV) are all less than25%in the10pig farms, it indicate that the ten pig farms have very neat swine fever antibody level, the immune program and immune disease effect of each farm is expected to reach the basic purpose. Testing results show that the comprehensive prevention and control measures are effective of pig farms in HuBei province, and immune schemes suit each actually, achieving the expected effect of epidemic prevention.This reserch through the immune survey of10pig scale farms in HuBei province, it basically found out the immune effect of pig illness in scale farms, it can provide the basis for prevention and control of pig disease. But the detection range and quantity are limited, in the future not only in the large pig farms, but also in small pig farms and common fattening pig will strengthen the swine fever immune antibody test, and constantly found the problem, and continuously improve immune method, to choose the excellent vaccine, to improve immune antibody level, combined with swine fever purification comprehensive prevention and control technology, control the occurrence of swine fever disease effectively.
