With the high speed development of agricultural industry, insecticide, herbicide and other kinds of pecticide, which can reduceinsect pest and increase production, were widely used in agricultura.Because of using pesticide inappropriate and excessive, it causedgreat attention in the food-safety around the world. Many developedcountries had severely restricted and banned insecticide, herbicideand other kinds of pecticide. It needs analysis method of pesticide. The traditional method requires expensive equipments and professionaltechnicians so it can not meet the requirements of rapid and localdetection. Because of that, it is so important to detect to pecticideresidue rapidly and accurately. In this paper, we used enzyme linkedimmunosorbent assay (Elisa), developed a way of Elisa for2,4-D andtype Ⅱ pyrethroids residues. The titer of anti-2,4-D rabbit-serum, which derived from four NewZealand White Rabbit injected by two kinds of immune antigens, wasdetermined with indirect Elisa, and No.3anti-rabbit-serum weredetermined with indirect competition Elisa. The result shows that oneof IC50was121.9ng/ml. The two kinds of antiserum were directed withfluorescence quenching studies, one of the average quenchingconstant for2,4-D was3529.393mol/l for fluorescence quenchingstudies, and the other was252.8716mol/l.The titer of anit-type Ⅱ pyrethroid rabbit-serum which derivedfrom two New Zealand White Rabbit injected by one kinds of immuneantigens was determined with Elisa. The higher titer of anti-type Ⅱpyrethroids antibodies is1024000detected by indirect ELISA. The resultshows that one of IC50was0.313μg/ml for cypermethrin,0.374μg/mlfor fenvalerate,0.354μ g/ml for cyhalofop permethrin,0.375μ g/mlPermethrin.
