Tourism activities and forest development on the regional forest ecological environmenthas generated a lot of direct and indirect effects.3S and development of computer technologyand progress, for the sustainable use and protection of tourism resources, effective measuresto use the technology for the rapid assessment of the scenic resources and the environment, you can make up for the traditional evaluation methods, time-consuming, laborious, in viewof this, carry out this work. Jiuzhaigou scenic spots, for example, forest ecologicalenvironment evaluation and change to analyze the further development of the scenic, utilization and protection of very important practical significance, the research results will beother scenic spots, and similar regional environmental assessment is also very referencevalue. This article is based on ecological theories and methods in spatial informationtechnology and computer technical support to carry out rapid assessment of the vegetationindex-based natural forest ecological environment. Selected in1999,2002,2006and2007,four phase time remote sensing image using ENVI and ArcGIS software for image dataprocessing and analysis, the four year Jiuzhaigou scenic vegetation index (for example: thenormalized Temporal and spatial variation of vegetation index NDVI) and vegetationcoverage were analyzed on the basis of the rapid assessment of forest ecological environmentin the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot in2007. This study uses remote sensing imaging, monitoring, field data collection and visualization of spatial information technology combining to providea comprehensive and reliable information on biodiversity resources, the existing ecologicaldata, information and knowledge to be integration to generate useful information protectionand planning, with a quick evaluation, saving manpower, material, financial and othercharacteristics of real-time decision-makers to provide resources for environmentaldecision-making basis, while a technical exploration of the ecological environment evaluationstudies. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Explore a forest ecological environment based on remote sensing images andcomputer technology, fast evaluation of route.: ETM and TM30m resolution images as adata source, based on ecological theory and knowledge, the use of remote sensing and computer technology for processing and analysis, rapid assessment of the ecologicalenvironment of the forest vegetation. The30m resolution images compared to the AVHRR,MODIS, and other sources of information on the spatial scale and accuracy advantage.2. Jiuzhaigou forest vegetation index temporal and spatial variation of the features andis closely related to elevation, slope, aspect, vegetation cover, such as geographic feature ofJiuzhaigou. Specific performance:a) an increasing trend from1999to2007. Vegetation index distribution has a significantexpansion in the range of0.2to0.4, higher than the0.6distribution of vegetation index alsoincreased.b) to gather the characteristics of spatial form. Vegetation growing in the west of thestudy area-north to east-south sector, East Slope and the North Slope (east to south westbetween) is superior to the West Slope and the southern slope (west to north east between).c) NDVI index value increases with the slope begins to decrease, but the limit of35°to55°.Distribution of vegetation index change and the elevation curve fitting, and render thelaw of change, between2500~3500m of altitude, the vegetation index between0.4and0.8,is better vegetation growing within the region, the river valley to the top of the mountain, vegetation index changes of the law of increasing and then decreasing. Can be seen from the vegetation index space fractal dimension analysis, the spatial formof the vegetation of the study area the performance of a certain instability, the performance ofspatial heterogeneity and fragmentation, which is particularly prominent mountain in thestudy area of this undulating terrain change.3. Vegetation index and vegetation coverage was linearly correlated by NDVI,vegetation coverage estimation model. Study area, vegetation cover was the law of change, echoes with the mountain vertical vegetation zone changes, corresponding to the responseinterval2000m-2500m-3000m-3500m. Vegetation cover on the degree of overallperformance of a growing trend from north to south, trench lateral lateral diminishing trend.4. Time dynamic characteristics of vegetation coverage, the feature is directly relatedto the tree line, the snow line. Studies have shown that the increase in vegetation cover in thestudy area overall, and reduce the vegetation cover changes with the years was the turn of thechanges in the law. No significant changes in the region is a core part of the depths of theforest terrain in the valley, an altitude of about2500m~3000m; significant changes invegetation coverage area is the entire edge of the forest terrain in the slopes of the snow linealtitude of about3500m near, is the forest and the transition zone of alpine shrub meadow.5. Coverage based on vegetation, soil index, humidity index, and terrain slope indexand the quality of the ecological environment sensitivity factor on the rapid evaluation of thenatural ecological environment in the Jiuzhaigou forest, the scenic quality of the ecologicalenvironment is generally good, local relatively poor. Specific performance:Jiuzhaigou natural forest eco-environmental quality overall good, good level area362.9km2, accounting for73.5%of the study area. Trench higher vegetation cover, lowvegetation cover is mainly distributed in the high mountain and high middle mountain. In the development of the area, environmental quality was not seriously damaged, mostly fine-levelregional, but in the Jiuzhaigou entrance, bar such as the Temple and a long Long Lake, astrong tourism attractions and scenic spots along the highway on both sides of a certainpercentage of the difference in the level area. In short, the local tourist activities on theecological quality of the environment has a certain influence, but was severely damaged.
