In recent years, as living standard rise ceaselessly, people’s requriy to dairy products, especially the demand of milk products is increasing. However, Cow, as the most important carrier for milk, has problems include pregnancy, childbirth and low survival rate of newborn calf starter which restrics dairy products development. In the meantime of improvement of feeding environment and quality of feed, people began to search the solution of how to improve capacity of the new dairy production and good rate of newborns in molecular point of views. Pregnancy and childbirth of cow is a process of the same half with typical immune process. The main role of Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is antigen recognition and response. Thus, the pregnancy and childbirth should be regulated by MHC.The cow MHC are named for leucocyte antigen (bovine leukocyte antigen, BoLA) The gene is highly polymorphic, closely linked to a gene family. The current study showed that:BoLA almost distributed in all the cell surface, the identification of the signal and the antigen pass is conduction, immune response and its regulation, the autograft immune rejection and antiviral capacity of the selected has significant role. BoLA-A BoLA-I class belongs to typical of genes, the current study-A BoLA less. Amorena of the study show that BoLA-A gene frequency in different varieties, there are significant differences between the land, and part of the varieties lack some alleles. BoLA-A pregnancy immune to the influence of the report has not been seen. Our laboratory expression of MICB and BoLA-NC1differences in pregnant cows and newborn calf study, found in cows of different gestational age, the expression of the existence of significant differences, and that their differences in expression conducive to pregnancy and childbirth However, the immunomodulatory mechanism of pregnancy remains to be seen. In this study, quantitative PCR to detect and analyze the differential expression of BoLA-A in pregnant cows and calves, in order to understand the impact of the BoLA-A cows pregnancy and childbirth. The sample of this experiment come from The cows Institute of Holstein cows in ShangHai. were collected early pregnancy, second trimester, peripheral blood samples of parturient cows and newborn calves ear tissue samples and placental tissue samples, RNA extraction and reverse transcription into cDNA; pregnancy cows by real-time quantitative PCR detection of BoLA-A expression levels and calves. The experimental results found that BoLA-A in the expression of the early period of pregnancy was significantly higher than the quantity and the delivery (p<0.01),The expression In the early pregnancy and childbirth have no significant differences(P>0.05),Significantly higher in newborn calves(p<0.01),Almost undetectable in the heifer and the placenta(P<0.001).The results concluded that The differential expressions of BoLA-A in the dairy cows during pregnancy and parturition along with newborn cattle were regulated by maternal immunoregulation. In early pregnancy, due to the establishment of the pregnancy process.BoLA-A expression Are affected bay The maternal immune rejectionBoLA-A high expression in mid pregnancy show that rejection gradually reduced Is due to the mutual adaptation between mother and offspring.BoLA-A low expression before delivery show that Strong rejection may be due to affected of birth.Ultra-high expression in of newborn fetus and Reserve cattle almost zero in the expression can prove that.
