Salmonella enteritidis is a pathogen, it’smainly caused by the livestock of gastroenteritis as well as to human enteritis and food poisoning.Salmonella enteritidis has become one of the main pathogen that causes gastroenteritis and food poisoning for the past few years.With the rising cases caused by Salmonella enteritidis,the bacteria not only a serious impediment to the development of the poultry industry, but also threaten the human and animal health that has become a public health concern.Therefore, indepth understanding of the bacteria is conducive to better prevention and treatment of infections caused by bacteria.The invasion of Salmonella enteritidis animal body as well as the pathogenicity and III secretion system is closely related to three secretion system of Salmonella enteritidis conducive to in-depth analysis of the pathogenicity of Salmonella enteritidis.The strain of bacteria was identified by using the method of culture characteristics, biochemical tests, and typed by using the multi-locus sequence points to the type (MLST).The method of MLST included seven housekeeper genes, such as thrA、dnaN、hemD、hisD、purE、 sucA and aroC. The primes of seven housekeeper genes were designed according to the requirement of test, and respectively amplificated and sequenced.13pairs of primers which amplified bacterial genome resistance genes were designed according to the result of resistance test Using K-B paper method to detect the strains of bacteria.The popular situation of layers about the strains of bacteria in our country was investigated using Serological methods. Sequencing the third type of system analysis secretion genetic sequences, from the Angle of molecular biology for analysis.The strains of the bacteria isolated in clinic accord with culture characteristics of salmonella. Biochemical test result showed that the plant salmonella according to the "berger’s manual" about enteritis salmonellosis biochemical reaction characteristics of the standard. The bacteria accorded with the biochemical characteristics of salmonella enteritis.16s rRNA gene sequencing result showed that the strains of bacteria and chicken enteritis salmonellosis P125109has homology of100%. Animal regression test result showed that the pathogenic of bacteria was the same with enteritis salmonellosis, and results of isolation and identification were according with enteritis salmonellosis.The result of serology test showed that its Serum type was03,19(+);09(+); Hg,p(+); Hm(+),Hg(+).The result of Hm (+), Hg (+) multi-locus sequence classification showed that the genotype of bacteria was ST11.690blood samples in Shandong Province were detected by using homemade agglutinate antigen of690,2.2%was positive,97.8%was negative.The result of drug susceptibility showed that enteritis salmonellosis was tolerant to more drugs. Ant (6)-iv genes, OXA-10genes, OXA-1genes, CTX-M-9genes and TEM genes were amplified from enteritis salmonellosis resistant gene, and size were uniform with expected purpose extract. The result of three type secretion system showed that the sipa genes and sipd gene in the three type system of strains of bacteria were no found about variations.Through the experiment result shows that the strain of bacteria was enteritis salmonellosis, and its serum type was03,19(+);09(+);Hg, p (+);Hg (+);Hm (+),genotype was ST11type, the strains of bacteria was popular in the world scope.This ST11enteritis salmonellosis was infected in our country but its infection rate was low.The strain of bacteria was tolerant to several antibiotics. In its genome existed within the ant (6)-iv genes, OXA-10genes, OXA-1genes, CTX-M-9genes and TEM genes. The sipa genes and sipd gene in the three type system of strains of bacteria were no found about variations.
