Cabbage occupies an important position in the vegetable. Cabbage is a green body vernalizing crop, early bolting of spring cabbage frequently occurs in the abnormal climate, for example, in warmer winter, late spring with low temperature, will lead to large loss in quality and production. The main method to resolve the problem is to choose new spring cabbage varieties tolerant to immaturity bolting.F2population produced by parent’473-12-7’, a later-bolting material and’218-4-4’, an early-bolting material was constructed to confirm the bolting loci in April10th limits. The bolting trait is controlled by a major gene by genetic analysis. Five pools,3-22,3-29,4-5,4-12and tolerant to bolting by bulked segregation analysis (BSA) in the period from starting bolting to the end were constructed. More than30different bands were obtained by AFLP analysis, and one representative band was picked out to carry on the parents. An AFLP marker, BORAAG/CTG, relative to immaturity bolting, with recombination rate14.21%and genetic distance14.4cM from some major tolerance to immaturity bolting gene was obtained by analyisis of F2population using MAPMAKER/EXP (Version3.0) software. BoRAAG/CTG AFLP marker was a509bp fragment84%matching with Arabidopsis thaliana aurorae DNA sequence, expected value le-122.The AFLP marker can be used in gene localization, gene segregation, genetic analysis, selection of germplasm tolerant to immaturity bolting,so this research is of significant in variety breeding of vegetable Brasscia oleracea.
