This paper has designed the2BZJ-10soybean narrow row precision planter through sufficient theoretical analysis and experimental detection and studies particularly the effect of the structure of complemented grain conductors on the homogeneity of the dropping distance after sowing.To select the type of sowing unit and fertilization component through consulting relevant documents and materials, referring existing matured technologies, combined with the CAD and CAE technologies to design and assemble virtually the soybean narrow row precision planter.Combined with the relevant dynamic knowledge, this paper also analyzed the movement of the seeds in grain conductors which run through the metering device. The theoretical equation of the horizontal speed of the seeds at the exit of the grain conductors can be established based on the zero speed principle. Four factors that affect the horizontal speed of the seeds at the exit of the grain conductors have been found. The following are these four factors:included angle of the straight part with the horizontal direction, centre angle of the arc part, the arc radius and the strength of the grain conductorThe collision detection system has been established based on the high-speed photography. The collision process and the state of motion of the seeds in the grain conductor has been studied as well. Through the research to make sure the distance of first contact point of the grain conductor straightly is50-70mm with the plate’s a speed of the30rad/min. Thus, the shortest length of the straight line of the grain conductor has been determined by7cm.Through the analysis of the arc radius and the strength length for the qualified index after planting, re-plant index and missing plant index, and looking up references, it make clear the regulation that the grain conductor structural parameter influences the dropping distance uniformity index passing grain conductor. The dropping distance uniformity index is the best while the arc radius is230-290mm. When the strength length is130-180mm, qualified index is above78and the coefficient of variation decreases to about22. Those are good dropping distance uniformity. By looking up in reference sources, it is sure that the dropping distance uniformity is the best when arc central angle is20°-30°and conductor and horizontal direction angle is70°~80。。There is a optimize experiment which has an impact on grain conductor structural parameter of the dropping distance uniformity. Using Design Expert to analyze and optimize the experiment result, and obtaining the regression model for the index of the dropping distance uniformity that is impacted by the grain conductor and horizontal direction angle, arc central angle, arc radius, straight length. Furthermore, it proves that it can keep good dropping distance uniformity when it works in the range of angle75。, arc central angle25。, straight length142.50~155.50mm and arc radius245~261.65mm.
