In order to solve the control problem of barnyardgrass and water barnyardgrass in the rice fields, as the same time to extend the usage time of quincforac and reduce the application amount of penoxsulam, improve the herbicidal activity. In this paper, mix effect and the best formula combination of penoxsulam and quincforac was studied by co-toxicity coefficient method、isoboles method and two factors and five levels of orthogonal rotation combined design method, and carried out the impact of the mix of the two reagents on the security of rice.Test the outcome is as follows:1.The three methods showed that the mixture of penoxsulam and quinclorac had obvious synergistic action. The co-toxicity coefficient method result show that the ratio1:4,1:16and1:48had synergism for barnyardgrass and the ratio1:4、1:16、1:32and1:48had synergism for water barnyardgrass, and two kinds of weed at the ratio of1:4had highest co-toxicity coefficient which were219.38and203.80.The mixed use of penoxsulam and quinclorac had no antagonism within the scope in proportion2.Isoboles method was found that control efficacy of penoxsulam application rate ranged from8-12ga.i.·hm-2and quincforac ranged from33.45-81.20ga.i.·hm-2,40.32-62.93ga.i.·hm-2was the best for barnyardgrass and water barnyardgrass.the best prescription compositions for barnyardgrass and water barnyardgrass were that mixed use about penoxsulam10ga.i.·hm-2with quincforac40.04ga.i.·hm-2and penoxsulam12ga.i.·hm-2with quincforac40.32ga.i.·hm-2. Penoxsulam and quincforac best ratio is1:4.3.Two factors and five levels of orthogonal rotation combined design method result showed that the best formula combination of penoxsulam and quincforac was9.83ga.i.·hm-2and40ga.i.·hm-2through the optimization analysis of control efficiency model,,and the stem control effects for barnyardgrass and water barnyardgrass were92.09%and90.66%. Co-toxicity coefficient method estimated that penoxsulam and quincforac at the ratio of1:4was the best formula combination. isoboles method and two factors and five levels of orthogonal rotation combined design method also got the same result. The two agents mixed in line with the ratio of1:4.4. With pot experiment, this study explores the application technology of of penoxsulam and quinclorac in a1:4mixing ratio in the rice fields, respectively facilities dose for50,75,100,125,150,200g ai hm-2.Penoxsulam and quincforac mix can be safely used for test rice varieties Songjing9Dongnong418,Dongnong428, Kendao12, Kongyu131and Longjing28, but when sprayingamount200ga.i· hm-2,45days of fresh weight Dongnong428, Songjing9inhibition rate of25.78%and11.25%respectively, the Songjing9Dongnong418Dongnong428, Ken rice12the number of tillers inhibit and delay time began tillering.Penoxsulam and quincforac safe for use in accordance with the test amount of pesticide spraying can to planting depth of3cm in rice fields, but when the application rate of100,125,150and200g ai hm-2, planting depth, the1cm plant height, tiller number, leaf age and fresh weight are inhibited.When the culture temperature of15℃and25℃, the6amount of pesticide safe for three rice varieties tested Songjing Dongnong428and Kongyu131. But when the incubation temperature was35℃, and the application rate of200g. a.i·hm-2Songjing9, Kongyu131and Dongnong42820days inhibited the fresh weight and plant height.In15℃,25℃and35℃three cultured for15days after the temperature penoxsulam and quincforac, the chlorophyll content of each treatment were lower than control20days after application of chlorophyll content gradually recoveredto normal levels. However, incubation temperature of35℃, and when the pesticide doses greater than125g. a.i· hm-2, the chlorophyll content was lower than control, recovery time.5-10days after application, the SOD activity in the three incubation temperature with increasing doses of two agents increase the maximum SOD activity10days after application.20days after application, all deal with the activity of SOD gradually restored to normal levels, but the application rate of200g a.i· hm-2, SOD activity than the control. Three showed similar law, culture temperature GSH content and GSH were gradually increased after application, and10days after application, the application rate of150g ai hm-2, GSH content reached the maximumvalue after application of15days, three train gradually restored normal levels of GSH content of each processing temperature.7days after rice transplanting tillers early in accordance with the tested amount of pesticide applied the pentafluoropropane penoxsulam and quincforac, rice can be normal growth, but the first two days after transplanting, spraying, the testall drug volume will rice to produce significant inhibition.
