This experiment was located at the hinterland of the Sanjiang plain. There were six treatments in the Nutrient management and Isitu returning experiment, and also four treatments in the water management experiment, through determinating biomass of deyeuxiaangustifolia litter and total organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and crude fiber content of litter, study carbon sequestration capacity of deyeuxia angustifolia and each element content change of litter through Nutrient management and Water management, provides a basis for wetland emission reduction, it has important significance on wetland protection.According to the field test and laboratory analysis results, the application of DPS software to analyze the data, we get the following conclusions:1) Application of nitrogen fertilizer can remarkably increase the litter production of deyeuxia angustifolia, while the effect of excessiving nitrogen more than40kg/hm2is not obvious on litter production; nitrogen can significantly increase the deyeuxia angustifolia litter in the total carbon content, but excessive nitrogen makes total organic carbon content decreases, and inhibit the carbon sequestration capacity of deyeuxia angustifolia.2) Applicating nitrogen fertilizer can improve the deyeuxia angustifolia litter nitrogen, when the nitrogen quantity is40kg/hm2, the content of total nitrogen in deyeuxia angustifolia litter up, and more than40kg/hm2, litter nitrogen content decreased, continue to use nitrogen fertilizer will inhibit the absorption of nitrogen in deyeuxia angustifolia; nitrogen fertilizer can promote lobule chapter on phosphorus absorption, increase the content of total phosphorus, excess nitrogen, the effect is not apparent; applicating nitrogen fertilizer can promote the lobular chapter on the potassium absorption, when nitrogen reaches or exceeds40kg/hm2, total potassium content of litter increased significantly.3) The crude ash content of deyeuxia angustifolia litter decreases with the increase of nitrogen amount, when nitrogen quantity is60kg/hm2, crude ash content was the lowest; only phosphorus, potassium, nitrogen free add processing, the crude fiber content of litter increases not obviously, the crude fiber content in deyeuxia angustifolia litter is significantly increased with the application of nitrogen fertilizer, when nitrogen60kg/hm2, crude fiber content reaches the maximum.4) Nitrogen fertilizer can significantly reduce litter C/N value, when the nitrogen concentration is40kg/hm2, C/N value of litter is the minimum, nitrogen content reaches the maximum; along with nitrogen increasing, the N/P of deyeuxia angustifolia litter increased, nitrogen on growth is40kg/hm’, C/N value of litter is the minimum, nitrogen content reaches the maximum; along with nitrogen increasing, the N/P of deyeuxia angustifolia Utter increased, nitrogen on growth limitation gradually weakened.5) With the increase of flooding depth, biomass of deyeuxia angustifolia litter decreased gradually; the total organic carbon content in litter increases significantly with the rise of water level, proved that flooding can promote on carbon fixing function of deyeuxia angustifolia.6) Under no flooding condition, deyeuxia angustifolia litter nitrogen content is the highest, and the seasonal flooding condition, total nitrogen content was the lowest, with the rise of water level, litter nitrogen content increased significantly; inundation state of deyeuxia angustifolia litter in total phosphorus content was higher than those without flooding condition, and litter total phosphorus content of seasonal flooding condition is the highest; flooding could significantly increase the deyeuxia angustifolia litter in total potassium content, litter total potassium content of seasonal flooding condition is the highest.7) Deyeuxia angustifolia litter ash content decrease as water depth increases; crude fiber content increases significantly as water depth increase.8) The C/N of deyeuxia angustifolia litter is minimum under no flooding condition, under waterlogged conditions of deyeuxia angustifolia litter in the C/N is higher, seasonal flooding processing in C/N is the highest; deyeuxia angustifolia litter in the N/P is maximum with no flooding, seasonal flooding conditions, the N/P is minimum, with hydrological gradually change from the seasonal flooding to the perennial water logging, the proportion of moderating trend of nutrition.9) Fertilization experiments relative to natural state test can promote the situ returning litter decomposition, the nitrogen concentration in40kg/hm2complexes in situ returning process of litter decomposition rate is6.02%~2.8%higher than the natural state litter decomposition, the effect is the best.This experiment shows:when the nitrogen concentration is40kg/hm2, the C/N of liter is the lowest, its production, total organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus content increases obviously, when the nitrogen concentration is60kg/hm2, the N/P of litter, total potassium, crude fiber content is the highest, crude ash content is the lowest; with the increase of flooding depth, the litter production, crude ash content decreases, but the total organic carbon, crude fiber content increases, under seasonal flooding condition, total nitrogen content, N/P is the lowest, C/N, total phosphorus, total potassium content is the highest; situ returning can promote the litter decomposition significantly。...
