That I have studied of Trachycardium flavum are as follows: the influences oftemperature and pH on the respiration and excretion and suffocation point、metabolicregularity of day and night.under temperature28;Its ingestion rate, clearance rate, theabsorption rate under different Salinity、temperature and concentration of feeding;energybudget equation under different temperate have been set up.The main Results are asfollows.When pH of water in6.6~8.1, the oxygen consumption rate of Trachycardiumflavum rises gradually, achieved maximum under8.6, the oxygen consumption rate dropsin PH8.1~9.1. PH in6.6~8.1, with the rise of pH,Trachycardium flavum clamsammonia rate increased gradually,in8.1~9.1, the row ammonia of Trachycardium flavumfalls as the pH; Under the conditions of temperature28, pH=8.1,the oxygen consumptionrate and the row ammonia rate is maximum.Under temperature28and salinity31, the suffocating point of Trachycardium flavumis (0.83mg/L),the oxygen consumption rate, platoon ammonia rate of Trachycardiumflavum changes quietly under standard metabolism condition,oxygen consumption rateand platoon ammonia rate changes obviously with conventional metabolismcondition.conventional metabolism condition after feed15h.Feeding rate, clearance rate in22℃~34℃scope, firstly rises with the rise oftemperature, in32℃at the maximum, then with the temperature rises. within the scope ofsalinity16to34,its feeding rate, clearance rate has a maximum at31.in range of16~31;with the rise of salinity, in31to34range, with the rise of salinity is decreased,theabsorption rate in the edge16~34salinity range increases with the rise of salinity.Insome bait concentration6.8~13.2mg/l range the careless with the feed rate increasedconcentration of first increases, then decreases,reached the maximum in10mg/l, theconcentration of feed on the absorption rate is not significant.Balance equation for energy in rough edge different temperature:18℃100C=54.13F+101.4R+2.75U-58.26P23℃100c=46.26F+16.92R+0.65U+36.15P28℃100c=22.03F+9.82R+0.39U+67.76P33℃100c=27.3F+32.65R+0.59U+39.46P...
