The forest is the main body of the terrestrial ecosystem, it not only playsan important role in maintaining global ecological environment, and is one of theimportant regulator of atmospheric CO2, an accurate assessment of forest carbon stocksand carbon balance estimates of future atmospheric CO2concentrations, climatechange, it is the key to its impact on terrestrial ecosystems, so it is greatsignificancestudy of study on forest ecosystem. Regional forest vegetation carbonstorage estimate is the basis of the study of global forest vegetation carbon storage. inthis study, use of tree rings ways for carbon storages studys on tree layer in mixedbroadleaf-conifer forest of Baotianman Nature Reserve.use of standard samplemethods to study carbon storages on shrub、litter and soil.the main conclusions are asfollows:(1)The total biomass of tree layer is263.01t hm-2,among P. armandii Franch oftree layer in coniferous and broad leaf forests are100.47t hm-2, each organ biomassrelations for the stem> branch> root> leaf; biomass of different age groups’srelationship is41-50a>51-60a>31-40a>61-70a>21-30a>71-80a>(>80a)>(<20a).The biomass’s pro rate for Q.aliena var.acutiserrata’s stem:branch:leaf:root is77.51:16.94:2.41:3.14.Total biomass are133.28t hm-2.biomass for different age groupsis difference obvious, the relationship is41-60a>(>80a)>61-80a>21-40a>(<20a).Thebiomass’s distribution relations for herb is stem> root> branch> leaf. The undergroundpart of the herb layer biomass is more than the aboveground part, litter material storageas a whole is greater than the herbaceous biomass, which is1.47times the herb layer.(2)The average carbon content of tree layer P. armandii Franch is0.5026, therelationship of the carbon content of various organs is leaf> root> stem> branch. Theaverage carbon content of Q.aliena var.acutiserrata is0.4921,the relationship of thecarbon content of various organs is leaves>root> stem> branches; the average carboncontent of shrub layer is0.4669,the relationship of the carbon content of variousorgans is leaf> root> stem> branch;Herb’s ground parts and underground parts"s carboncontent are significantly difference(p>0.05).respectively0.426and0.38.the minimumcarbon content of ground part is litter, the value is0.37.each levels of soil organiccarbon content relationship is0-10cm>10-20cm>20-40cm>40-60cm>(>60cm),andshowed The law of diminishing, the average carbon content of the soil layers to20.59g·kg-1,15.26g·kg-1,9.72g·kg-1.8.7g·kg-1,7.54g·kg-1.(3)The carbon storage of tree layer is129.71t hm-2,among P. armandii Franch is 71.15t hm-2, allocation pattern is stem> branch> root> leaf. The relationship of eatchage groups is41-50a>51-60a>31-40a>61-70a>21-30a>71-80a>(>80a)>(<20a).Thecarbon storage of tree layer Q.aliena var.acutiserrata is64.98t hm-2.the relationship ofthe carbon storages of various organs is stem> branch> leaf> root.Carbon storages ofdifferent age groups acuteserrata differences are significant,The relationship of eatchage groups is41-60a>(>80a)>61-80a>21-40a>(<20a).The allocation pattern of shrub isstem> root> branch> leaf, total carbon storage is2.23t hm-2,Herb layer of carbonstorage is0.51t hm-2,the ratio of the aboveground part and underground parts is1:1.27.Litter carbon storage is2.7t hm-2. The total soil carbon storage is122.36t hm-2, therelationship of the different soil levels of carbon storage for0-10cm20-40cm40-60cm>(>60cm)>10-20cm.(4)The total carbon storage of the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest ecosystems is257.51t hm-2, tree layer’s carbon storage is129.71t hm-2.itis the maximum of theecosystems and the rate is50.37%.Followed by soil level, the carbon storage is122.37t hm-2, accounting for47.52%of the ecosystem, the tree layer and soil layer totalcarbon storage accounted for more than97%of the entire ecosystem, the rate is1.06:1. Shrub layer, herb layer and litter carbon storage are relatively small, only about2%of the entire ecosystem. The herb layer at least, the carbon storage only0.5t hm-2, thecarbon storage of litter is slightly larger than shrubs, is2.7t hm-2, shrubs and carbonstorage of litter ratio of1:1.2.
