2010-2011years in Sichuan Province, Panzhihua City, the town of large mountaintobacco station through the field experiment was conducted to study the nitrogenfertilizer on oriental-tobacco growth, dry matter accumulation, nitrogen use efficiency,soil nutrient variation regularity of mineral elements, accumulation and tobacco yieldand quality effect, intended for the Panzhihua region of production quality Orientaltobacco nitrogen provide theoretical reference for reasonable. The main conclusion isas follows:1. Nitrogen fertilizer on tobacco plant height and leaf number and effectiveeffects show that, with the increase of Nitrogen Application on tobacco plant heightand leaf number and effective were increased,112.5kg/hm~2has maximum value arerespectively136.83cm and40.33, no nitrogen has a minimum value of89.17cm and28.33trailer. Leaf number and effective in transplanting after30d treatment had nosignificant difference, but with growth progress between increases gradually.2. Nitrogen fertilizer on tobacco dry matter accumulation and root shoot ratio oforiental tobacco, nitrogen application rate on dry matter accumulation has asignificant influence, the treatments with the increase of nitrogen application drymatter accumulation showed increasing trend, with growth progress betweenincreases gradually, recovery at the end of the whole plant the dry matteraccumulation of no nitrogen has a minimum value of20.27g every strains,112.5kg/hm~2has a maximum value of49.51g every strains, parts and whole plant drymatter accumulation curves are similar to a straight line. No nitrogen treatment of rootshoot ratio is increased after the first drop, in45D has a maximum value aftertransplanting; nitrogen treatment of root shoot ratio with advance in growing periodand the trend of gradual decline, in30D after transplanting has the maximum value,no differences between the4treatment. No nitrogen fertilizer treatment period of theroot shoot ratio of nitrogen is1.5times.3. The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on yield increment effect obviously, increaserate of73.86%-167.64%,68.07%-134.56%, the value-added rate. Between processing output value have significant difference level.90kg/hm~2to the output value of thehighest yield, suitable, AB class leaf proportion highest in fertilization.4. Parts of nitrogen accumulation amount to the highest accumulation in leaves,stem accumulation time, accumulation of minimum root. Nitrogen harvest indexalong with the increase of nitrogen amount is increased first and then decreased,apparent nitrogen utilization and Nitrogen Agronomic utilization in nitrogen treatmentwith nitrogen amount were first increased and then decreased, nitrogen fertilizerutilization rate of nitrogenous fertilizer physiological, partial productivity and soilnitrogen interdependence with nitrogen content increase and drop.5.Soil available nitrogen content increased with the amount of N-fertilizerincreased, the contents of available phosphorus in soil content of tobacco growthperiod with the increase of the" N" shaped curve, tobacco growth period soil availablepotassium content gradually declined, in dealing with the increase of nitrogenfertilizer amount showed a decreasing trend.6. Mineral element accumulation in tobacco plant growth process with thegrowth period were linearly increasing trend. Iron accumulation is much larger thanother areas of accumulation. From the cured leaves the content of mineral elements inthe leaf, nitrogen fertilizer can promote the Fe, B, Na, S, K absorption, inhibition ofCa, Mg absorption of P, Ca, Mm, Zn, Cu had no obvious effect.7. Pan zhihua area tobacco total sugar and reducing sugar content is high, thelow content of nicotine, potassium, starch, polyphone, soluble protein, free amino acidcontent is appropriate, the overall low chlorine content, in addition to treatment1ofthe upper, lower,2lower than0.5%, the rest of the content is less than0.5%,especially the processing of3central and processing5of the lower content of less than0.1%.8. Petroleum ether extract in parts of differences, treatment was in extremelysignificant difference, and with the increase of nitrogen amount has increased. Volatileorganic acids in nitrogen application treatments showed with the increase of nitrogenamount was increased first and then decreased, with the highest content of90kg/hm~2.Sensory quality evaluation show that, in the upper leaves with90kg/hm~2,112.5kg/hm~2scored highest, the lowest score.9. By different nitrogen application amount on growth and yield of orientaltobacco varieties comprehensive evaluation show that, in the Panzhihua area tonitrogen quantity is90kg/hm~2is the best.
