A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different nitrogenforms and manganese on yield, nitrogen and manganese accumulation and physiologicalindicators(chlorophyll content, nitrate reeducate activity (NR), glutamine synthetase activity (GS),soluble protein content), get the fertilization of which improve the manganese fertilizer efficiency,and provide a theoretical basis for wheat applying manganese fertilizer. The results showed that:1. Nitrogen sources and manganese fertilizer reduced soil nitrate content of wheat afterflowering period, significantly. And nitrate content had a biggest drop of nitrate and manganese,but its total was still the highest nitrate, that was same as nitrate content is the major nitrogen formin the soil and increased soil total nitrogen, the available nitrogen content. Aikang-58in matureperiod the oxide combination state manganese was more than state of matter in the soil,zhengmai-366on the contrary; the effective manganese was the hightest of nitrate nitrogen;Application of ammonium nitrogen and manganese (NH4++Mn)improved the form of manganesecontent in flowering, but reduced the content of manganese ore forms, and aikang-58promotedoxide combination state, organic combination state of manganese content increase, Zhengmai-366ammonium nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N) was reduced exchange state, carbonate combination state,manganese oxide combination state, increase the content of manganese ore forms.2.The soil pH of mature period was lower than flowering, ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N) wasreduce soil pH value, and NH4++Mn with soil pH value was the lowest, but zhengmai-366theanthesis pH lower than the mature period.3. Manganese increased thousand seed weight of aikang-58, NH4++Mn improved number ofproductive ear, application of ammonium nitrogen and manganese(NH4++Mn) increasedproduction26.6%; zhengmai-366Mn reduced number of production ear, promoted gain, whilethousand seed weight exceed marked other treatments; nitrogen forms and manganese wassignificant to the yield.4. The physical signs was biggest in the anthesis, then decreased. Chlorophyll content washigher in NO3--N, zhengmai-366NH4+-N with the growth period of decline more rapidly.NH4++Mn imported NR, solubility protein content of aikang-58, zhengmai-366was NO3-+Mn; GS of flag leaf zhengmai-366was higher than aikang-58in florescence, After the flowering periodaikang-58GS activity was superior, after the flowering14days NO3-+N was higher, then NH4+-Nwas superior. That shows different forms nitrogen and manganese was different affect to differentwheat varieties.5. Mature period NO3--N was increased nitrogen contents and accumulation of each part ofwheat, NO3-+Mn can promote nitrogen accumulation, and the hightest manganese accumulation ingrain; zhengmai-366NO3--N had higher nitrogen accumulation than NH4+-N, Mn improvednitrogen accumulation of yield of aikang-58, significantly. The three main effect factors and itsinteraction were significant effect to nitrogen accumulation of wheat various parts (except grain);but the interaction between every two factors had no significant effects.6. NH4+-N promoted Mn contents of each part of aikang-58, NO3-+Mn leaves accumulationwas leaves>gain>sheath; zhengmai-366different nitrogen forms had less diversity, Mnaccumulation NH++4-N was higher than NO3--N, NH4+Mn significantly improved other part ofwheat(except stem), Mn accumulation was the maximum(except spike) in NO3-+Mn. The threemain effect factors、varieties with nitrogen and three factors interaction were significant effect toMn accumulation of wheat various parts.
