| The present study through field experiment in Jiyuan, Pb and Cdcontamination of different degrees of farmland soils, with38wheat genotypes for thetested varieties, on wheat grain quality and different growth period of absorption andaccumulation of Pb and Cd ability differences; screening out high suction Pb abilityand low Pb ability, high absorption of Cd ability and low Cd ability of wheat varieties.The main results are as follows:1. In the Pb and Cd contamination of different degrees of field,38genotypes ofwheat grains in the contents of heavy metals in different, grain of heavy metal contentin a number not only with their absorption of wheat, and wheat varieties of heavymetals from top to grain transfer efficiency. In the heavy metal pollution conditions,for the low accumulation genotype wheat, wheat grain in Pb and Cd content showed anegative correlation, wheat grain in high Pb content, corresponding to the cadmiumcontent is relatively low.2.38wheat varieties to wheat dry weight, root length and plant height ofinfluence because of breed varies depending on the type of explanation, in Pb and Cdcompound pollution on wheat dry weight, root length and plant height has certaineffect. The heavy metals Pb and Cd polluted conditions, in wheat seedling root lengthof wheat yield to a certain extent, the yield of wheat and wheat seedling root lengthwas positively related. Pb and Cd compound pollution in mild condition, lowaccumulation genotype wheat varieties, plant height and root length ratio and theyield of wheat have certain relevance, plant height and root length ratio, the laterperiod of wheat yield relatively small. According to NY861-2004Pb and Cd limits, inPb and Cd polluted condition, the wheat grain in the Pb exceed the standard ratereached100%, exceeding the limit values9times, Cd content exceed the standard rateis97.37%, exceed limits4.5times. An experiment shows that, with the increase of the concentration of Pb, Pbtreatment on wheat seed inhibitory effect is more apparent, the wheat seedlingsphysiological metabolism is affected badly, and variety36in lead in T1to the T5concentration range are not significant, showed that36varieties on Pb tolerance range. |
