The pneumatic metering device of9BQM-3.0pneumatic-type herbage no-till planter through the air force distribute and discharge the seed that could resolve the bad stability of seeding rate, the jam,aerial,etc about to small seeds.The paper use fluent to analysis the pneumatic metering device,simulating the motion of seeds in the air,analysising the air flow speed and pressure situation in the pneumatic metering device,showing that this device is reasonable.Through to the performance test and production test research,analysis the uniformity of the line seeding,the consistency of the line seeding quantity,the stability of the total seeding quantity,etc index,drawing variation coefficient of uniformity of the line seeding such as10.67%Alfalfa,27.10%Elymus,39.64%Corn variation coefficient of consistency of the line seeding quantity such as2.32%Alfalfa,5.36%Elymus,6.76%Corn variation coefficient of stability of the total seeding quantity such as1.22%Alfalfa,3.41%Elymus,2.27%Corn, showing that this planter is not affected by size and shape of seeds,gravity and other physical properties, have high efficiency,good versatility, wide applicability,sow uniform, can realize high-speed single seed sowing.The paper analysises the economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefit of this planter in recent years, what lay the good foundation profoundly.The paper summarizes that at present social promotion mode has existed some problems,such as farm machinery technology demand and supply apart seriously,promotion personnel distribution is not reasonable,technology promotion system obsolete,etc.So through the analysis and put forward market-oriented,industry type,base type,cooperative four new farm machinery promotion modes,that provide better basis for farm machinery promotion work. |
