At the same time for Dienes dyeing to observe the colony dyeing results. this test through nine biochemical identification test for mycoplasma isolates identification, include decomposition of glucose test and decomposition of maltose test and decomposition of urea test and decomposition of arginine test and methylene blue staining test and cholesterol need test and chlorinated tetrazolium reduction test and erythrocyte adsorption test and hemolysis test. this test use the standard positive/negative serum of Y98and the standard positive/negative serum of PG3to conduct growth inhibition test and metabolic inhibition test. this test determined the MIC values and MBC values of commonly used drugs in the clinical treatment of sheep Mycoplasma pneumoniae disease and MBC values, designed to select the best drug for clinical treatment and provide a basis for combination therapy studies. Conduct growth inhibition test and metabolic inhibition test showed that mycoplasma strains isolated from the same with Y98. The experimental results show that Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae isolates with Mycoplasma agalactiae detect strain no cross reactivity.
