Cultivated lands are the most basic resources of agriculture production which has a direct impact on agricultural production and development. With the rapid develop ment of China’s economic, social, significant reduction ofarable land and population growing contradictions become increasingly prominenthuman factors and the natural protection of farmland impact strength increasing. Therefore, theserious challenges people have to be faced on the quality of cultivated land, food production and safe ty, protect cultivated land,"value, rational utilization of land resources and to protect arable land," has become the basic state policy of our country.Huizhou District, Anhui Province as the research area, in support of the geographic information system and computer technology, this paper using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of each contestant factors, the use of DELPHI method directly gives corresponding membership, and then used the method to calculate each assessment unit accumulation of comprehensive productivity index. Finaly, use the cumulative frequency curve method to determine the farmland grading. In support of GIS technology, the division of Huizhou District farmland grading ofFarml and has been reserchde in accordance with Agriculture evaluation of technical requirem ents of the Ministry, and each grade arable land distribution, site conditions, the main features of property, different farmland types of soil type, tillage management level has been analysis. This paper emphasis and research content as follows:1、Analysised the soil, site conditions of Huizhou District in scientific ways, comb ined with the soil nutrient contents grading standards of Huizhou District, analysis and preliminary evaluation of soil nutrient status of soil in-depthly, organicmatter content26.02g/kg,69.72%of soil organic matter content between20g/kg-30g/k g; average soil total nitrogen content is1.596g/kg, and72.41%area content in the range of1.5g/kg-2.0g/kg; the level of soil available phosphorus content are rich, average farming phosphorus content is12.67mg/kg layer of soil available phosphorus content,57.41%of the arable land available phosphoruscontent between10.Omg/kg-20.0mg/kg; average available potassium is67.42mg/kg,79.81%of the arable land a vailable potassium is in the rage of50mg/kg-1OOmg/kg.2、Established the Farmland Evaluation Index System of Huizhou District, and evaluated the Farmland of Huizhou District by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the Farmland of Huizhou District divided into five degree, of which an arable land area of719.11hm2in Huizhou District,9.54%of the total cultivated area of1347.39hm2in two arable land, accounting for18.16%of the Huizhou District’s total arable land, three the total arable land area of3234.02hm2, accounting for42.90%of the Huizhou District’s total arable land1670.81hm2of four the total cultivated area, accounted for22.17%of the Huizhou District’s total arable land, five the total arable land area of566.68hm2, accounting for Huizhou District of cultivated land7.52%of the area.3、Fully ascertain the situation of the region’s cultivated land fertility and quality levels by carried out the investigationing of Farmland and quality evaluation of Huizhou District, to solve the main problems in a targeted manner in the managem ent of agricultural production, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions according to soil fertility improved utilization of the scientific application of fertilizers and pollution-free production, arable land resources of scientific use andmanagement. This study explores the evaluation of Farmland in Huizhou District by geographic in formation system technology, investigation and evaluation Huizhou District tocarry out the of cultivated land fertility, and the establishment of long-term mechanism of arable land quality management, and has great significance to the modernagriculture sustainable development.
