This dissertation conducted the analysis and theoretical derivation of the movement rules and stress of crank link organization and vibration screener in combine harvester using the method of vector. Then, it was carried on the dynamics emulation and stress analysis by using the finite element analysis software Hypermesh and Ansys. It was very important on the direction to the structure design and improvement of crank link organization and vibration screener. The main research work was as following:(1) The movement analysis of crank link organization vibration screener was carried out. The movement equation of crank link organization vibration screener was deduced and the movement parameters were gained. It could provide the key technical parameters for designing of crank link organization vibration screener.(2) The stress of every part was analyzed, and the movement equation was deduced. The strength checking calculation of vibration screener axle was carried out, decided the dangerous cross section diameter; moreover the working-life and the static strength of the bearing for vibration screener spindle were calculated. These analysis and calculation provide the theory basis for structure design of the vibration screener. At the same time, the dynamical analysis and calculation result provided the important data for the force loading of the finite element analysis of key parts in crank link organization vibration screener.(3) The finite element simulation analysis for the key parts in this organization was carried out by using analysis software Hypermesh and Analys. The simulation result showed that the vibration screener axle and the forward hanged-bar designed were in accordance with the operating requirement. These showed that the dynamic analysis consequence about the vibration screener axle could be believed, and the structure diameter of the vibration screener axle decided by the strength calculation and the selction about the type of the bearing could be believed too.In a word, the dissertation obtained the important movement equation and dynamic equation of crank link organization vibration screener by using theory analysis and emulation analysis. It provided the basis for vibration screener design and further transmission analysis and modality analysis of crank link organization vibration screener. Facts showed that the vibration screener in combine harvester designed based on the analysis parameters worked stable and had reliable performance.
