| As the development of the process of agricultural mechanization, agriculturalmachinery plays an increasingly important role in the agricultural production. Currently inthe market, there are varieties types of combined tillage machine, which have differentqualities. According to the corn planting situation in the three northeastern provinces,1GZMN-140variable speed combined tillage machine is designed. This machine has aspeed-changing gearbox which transfer variety speeds into the blade shafts. The propertyand working performance of the machine is deeply investigated both theoretically andexperimentally. The main work and results of this paper are as follows:①Introduce the development of combined tillage machine at home and broad, anddiscuss the main existing problems in the market. Know about the trend of development andfind the practical value of the study;②Design the machine parts based on the agriculture position in the three northeasternprovinces. Design the transmission system, calculate the blade shafts’ speeds and prove therationality of transmission system. Design and check the strength of gears and chains by theapplication of Autodesk Inventor. Design the parameter of the gears and chains, andguarantee the reliability of transmission system theoretically. Innovate the important parts ofmachine, such as chains tensioning part, blade shafts, ridging part, fertilization part and so on.Then improve the design of these important parts combining with the practical problems inthe market, and try to make the machine with more stability and practical value;③Make a linear finite-element analysis of the frame of the machine by using ANSYSWorkbench software. Analyses the four working conditions and calculate the force of themachine. Set up the finite-element model, impose the forces and restricts on the machine andmake static analysis of the frame. By the results of the analysis, we can find the stressconcentration points, and the maximum displacement parts, so that we can check the strengthof the frame;④Make a modal analysis of the frame of1GZMN-140variable speed combinedtillage machine. Acquire the natural frequency in restrained state and analyze the first10vibration characteristic of the frame of the machine. Discuss potential vibration situation,and estimate the possibility of sympathetic among engine, blade shafts and frame;⑤Study the influence factors of the equipment operation effects by experimentalinvestigations. Make the orthogonal test three times using L9(34) orthogonal table, anddiscuss the influence from the factors (velocity of the blade shaft, forward velocity of thetraction machine, and soil hardness) to the targets (stubble breaking rate, soil breaking rateand oil consumption) respectively. Find out the primary and secondary factors. Analyze thetest results with the method of regression analysis of multivariate orthogonal polynomials.Find out the regression equation of the targets, and further discuss the relationship betweenthe factors and the targets. Through the design and research of1GZMN-140variable speed combined tillagemachine, we explore a novel idea of tillage machine design, which reduces the researchperiod by the combination of theory and practice. By the results of the experiments, we gainsome operation parameters which influence the characteristics of the machine. Theseparameters provide theoretical direction for the farmers. And the method we adopted todesign and study a combined tillage machine provides some reference value for theagricultural machine designers. |
