Aerosolology covers microbiology, nosetiology, aerodynamics and Lemology. The duty of Bio-aerosolology is to defense damage of aerosol for pathogenic microotganism and toxic etal and protect human health with air biology-related technology. It’s the gap of biological aerosol science and immunology.As is known to all. ricin is hot to toxicology research. Ricin as the most powerful plant toxin, taken as category Ⅱ bio-threat pathogens by U.C.CDC. Its mechanism of toxicity has been studied for years, but there are still many phenomena can not be explained by existing theories, a nd far fewer studies on aerosolized ricin, there is a biggap with foreign countries. We design the system of exposing aerosol of ricin to inject live mice, in order to abserve changes of mice’s respiratory and to research proteome of lung, And then using proteomics technical analysis ricin aerosol exposure mice, the difference of lung tissue protein expression, find out and screening and respiratory damage related proteins. Wilkins and his team put forward the concept of proteomics first, and2D is able to separate tissue and cell to the thousands of proteins in the most effective method nowdays.
