For reasonable balanced fertilization, improve nutrient utilization efficiency, and increase crop yields, The article use the combined methods in both field experiment and laboratory test were carried out for the research that study Nitrogen and potassium interaction effect to the eastern of jilin province of spring corn economic yield, biological yield and nutrient uptake distribution, the results of the study show that:1. With N fertilizer and K fertilizer and yield twice the multiple regression equation, nitrogen and potassium fertilizer and yield between the three form a typical parabolic relationship, nitrogen and potassium material interaction can significantly improve the spring corn yield. The equation obtained by the simulation of fertilizer:potassium263.4kg/hm2nitrogen is349.8kg/hm2, the highest yield at this time, as12205.3kg/hm2. The results of the study show that, nitrogen and potassium of spring corn yield to have significant effect on. In a certain range, with N fertilizer and K fertilizer increasing, yield of spring corn is increasing, but when more than a certain threshold, production decline instead. To handle the (N300K200) the highest yield of12044.8kg/hm2, The highest yield to processing (N300K200)12044.8kg/hm2. The yield component factors of the size of the order of production:grain number per spike>1000-grain weight> ha number.2..The second multiple regression equation, nitrogen, potassium and dry matter accumulation and nitrogen fertilizer on spring corn plant dry matter accumulation, Effects of combined application of N and K on corn dry matter accumulation plays a significant role, along with the application rate of nitrogen and potassium the increase in dry matter accumulation also increased, when the application rate exceeds a certain threshold, the dry matter accumulation decreased. Optimum fertilizer levels by the second multiple regression equation:the potassium209.8kg/hm2, nitrogen is325.4kg/hm2.Spring corn shoot dry matter accumulation of performance as before the jointing stage of dry biomass accumulation of slow, dry matter increased rapidly after the jointing stage, the maximum accumulation rate in the milk stage, and then tends to slow. The differences among the treatments are not significant before the jointing stage, Deal with (N300K200) accumulation of dry matter of quantity and rate is the highest after the jointing stage3. The second multiple regression equation, nitrogen, potassium fertilizer and the accumulation of spring maize nitrogen, nitrogen fertilizer on nitrogen accumulation accounted for a dominant position, the nitrogen and potassium interaction can significantly promote plant nitrogen uptake. The best fertilizer ratio for:the potassium239.6kg/hm2, the nitrogen is389.3kg/hm2.Spring corn plant N accumulation in the whole growth period, gradually increase the maximum maturity. Nitrogen accumulation processing(N300K200), the highest in the reproductive period. Nitrogen phase accumulation was low-high-low trend, jointing stage-trumpet stage and tasseling-grouting of both phases of nitrogen accumulation, the absorption rate of the fast-growing, nitrogen levels on nitrogen volume absorption performance of the N300> N450>150> N0.4. Accumulation of nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus spring and spring corn the second multiple regression equation is basically the same nitrogen, potash, phosphorus accumulation, nitrogen and potassium interaction can improve plant P absorption, but the growth rate compared to nitrogen smaller. The best fertilizer ratio for:the potassium243.6kg/hm2, the nitrogen is376.5kg/hm2.Nitrogen accumulation of spring maize is consistent with P accumulation in the whole growth period and the highest is the deal with11(N300K200),the phosphorus stage accumulation was low-high-low trend, the bell of-heading period, grain filling stage-the milky stage is the rapid growth phase of the phosphorus accumulation.5. With N and K fertilizer and potassium of spring corn accumulation of the second multiple regression equations, potassium fertilizer to plant the effect of potassium dominant, N and K fertilizer interactions can obviously improve the plant potassium accumulation, and growth rate is greater than the phosphorus growth rate less than the nitrogen growth rate. The best fertilizer ratio for:the potassium291.9kg/hm2, the nitrogen is333.0kg/hm2.Spring corn potassium accumulation and nitrogen phosphorus change trend is different, with the growth of the e growth period, the accumulation of potassium first increases in filling stage after reach maximum and lower. The accumulation of potassium in the highest is Deal with11(N300K200) and the potassium in the accumulation of phase changing trends and changes in the same trend of nitrogen and phosphorus, jointing stage-tassel ing is plant potassium rapid growth stage, filling stage-at maturity is the accumulation of potassium plant down stage, the average stage of the accumulation of negative growth trend.6. Under nitrogen and potassium interactions conditions, the change of component of nitrogen efficiency and potassium efficiency of spring corn is almost the same. Comparative analysis of the treatment of each index, the fertilizer-nitrogen use efficiency of high-yield treatment (N300K200) is65.16%, nitrogen utilization efficiency is37.66kg/kg, potassium-nitrogen use efficiency is51.31%and potassium utilization efficiency is36.18kg/kg.7. This research shows that the best quantity range of nitrogen fertilizers is300-325kg/hm2and the potassium fertilizers’is200-210kg/hm2. Of this range, the grain yield is11948.5-12044.8kg/hm2, which can reach to high level of production. The range of fertilizer-nitrogen use efficiency is62.69-65.16%, and the nitrogen utilization efficiency ranges35.63-37.66kg/kg. The range of potassium-nitrogen use efficiency is51.83-80.23%, and the potassium utilization efficiency ranges36.18-37.72kg/kg.
