Procambarus clarkii had been as one kind of pests for its behaviour of burrowing at dama and praying on fry. But in recent years, the population and distribution of the P. clarkii was decreased seriously because of people’s consumption. This paper was about developing P. clarkii’s industry reproductive and culture techniques. Our results were as followed:1、The selectivespecies standard were as below:The length of male individual’s body was8.6cm, and the ratio between length of the first walking leg and body length was about0.993:1, and the ratio between cephalothorax length and abdomen length was around1.05:1. The standard length of the female individual’s body was8.5cm, and the ratio between length of the first walking leg and body length was about0.79:1, and the ratio between cephalothorax length and abdomen length was around0.99:1.2、In the processes of HCG and LD induced spawning, HCG group had the best effect than LD group and CK:the egg laying rate(77.5%) was higher than the LD group (55%) and CK(20%), and the spawning cycle was observable shortened with the application of drug.3、At breeding season,90%hatching rate was obtaind when the ratio between the female and male individuals was2.5:1.The ideal relationship function between weight and length was W=0.0649L28761(R2=0.9134,n=100). In this function, the value of b(2.8761) was closed to the number of3, which suggested that the P.clarkii was one kind of Equi-speed growth species.4、Typical mating behavior was found between the heterology P.clarkii, with comparatively longer and higher frequent mating processes. The number of copulations was generally3to4times, and with mating time lasted about1hour.5、As the body length increased, the bosom egg amount was increased, the relationship function between body length and bosom egg amount was FBA=101.86L0.7881(R2=0.8731, n=100).The egg holds amount was also increased along with the increased of body length, and the relationship between length and the egg holds amount was HEA=2.377L2.4513(R2=0.8651,n=100). As the total length of the pleopod increased, the bosom egg amount was increased too when the bosom egg amount was regular value,and the relationship between holds the egg amount and the total length of the pleopod was HEA=1.3776TLP1.9966(R2=0.8576,n=100).6、In YangZhou district, the individual of the P.clarkii spawned only once a year, but the population had two spawning periods:one was in April and May, the ratio of spawning was only13%individual in the population, the another was in September and October, the ratio of spawning was only58%individual in the population.7、According to the hatchling tempreture increased, P.clarkii showed:decreased food-intake amount, increased adaptation time and hunting frequency of the pleopod and declined hatching rate. The color of the fertilized ovum was also changed along with the changed hatchling tempreture. The process of embryonic development in25℃could be divided into five stages: cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, nauplius stage and zoea stage. The relationship function between hatching rate and hatchling temperature was HR=-1.9375T2+95.325T-1079.8(R2=0.9916), the maximum(92.7%) HR could obtained when the temperature was24.6℃.8、The suitable need of crude protein in diets was29%and crude fat is6%in the juvenile. The relationship function between the content of protein and feed conversion rate was Y=0.0055X2-0.3196X+6.1765(R2=0.9336), which suggested that different diets had the different effects both on growth and amino acid quality in P.clarkii. The forage index was lowest in condition of suitable need supply, the quality of glutamic acid was in its appropriate amount, and the total amino acids quality was the highest in all experimental groups. In the period of82day’s experimental season, molted number of the experimental groups growth in25℃water tempreture was9while the CK group (in normal water temperture) was only3.
