Milk is rich in a variety of nutrition which is good to human health,Not onl y Suitable for almost all people to drink, but also Easily absorbed by human bod y.Milk has been included into our daily diet.It becomes a kind of important mean s for us nutritional supplements.But the antibiotic residues in milk rarely caused c ommon people’s attention.The antibiotic residues in milk is easy to accumulate in human body.Therefore it’s threat to human health.so find a rapid, non-destructive t esting technology for antibiotic residues in milk is very important. This research mainly using near infrared spectroscopy technology,three-dimensional fluorescence s pectroscopy,combined with PLS,detection of three kinds of antibiotics(OTC,TC,CT C) residue in milk.The results show that:(1) Combined with PLS to prediction the data which is collection from the milk samples using three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy.As a result,When t he concentrations of OTC is0.2mg/l~40mg/l,in calibration set,Rcal=0.989,RMSEC=1.911. in prediction set,Rpre=0.985,RMSEP=2.1088.When the concentration of TC is0.2mg/l~40mg/l,Rcal=0.9909,RMSEC=1.7624.Rpre=0.9897,RMSEP=1.731.Whe n the concentration of CTC is0.1mg/l~10mg/l,Rcal=0.9836, RMSEC=0.3302, Rp re=0.9752, RMSEP=0.4496.(2) prediction the data which is collection from the milk sample using NIR s pectroscopy technology.Selecting the450nm~1800nm, for a total of1351wavele ngth data as a processing object.The results show that:When the concentrations of OTC and TC is0.2mg/l~40mg/l,The correlation coefficients are larger than0.99, RMSEC and RMSEP of OCT is1.184and1.548,RMSEC and RMSEP of TC is1.313and1.108.When the concentrations of CTC is0.1mg/l~10mg/l,Rcal=0.9958, RMSEC=0.2002,Rpre=0.9833,RMSEP=0.4096.
