Applying fertilization is one of the most important cultivation ways to control the water use efficiency of Camellia. This experiment take the good two years "Gan Shi83-4" as a material, at jiangxi agriculturial university, bonsai flower base for the pot expertiment,by Greenhouses to control the water, design the different water stress.Under the condition of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ration of the same premise, design different fertilize usage, through the determination of the Camellia leaves a series of physiological changes, analysis the effect of the different fertilizer applization on the different drought resistance stress Camellia drought resistance. The experiment results are as follows:When water stress, with soil water declining, the changing rules of indexes of drought-resistance of Camellia were:LRWC decreased; SOD activity declined in light water stress, rose in water stress, declined in severs water stress;POD activity increased;Contents of MDA declined in light water stress, rose in severs water stress;Pro and SS increased in light water stress, declined in severs water stress;SP declined in light water stress, rose in water stress, declined in severs water stress; Chl contents decreased。The effects of different levels of fertilization in water stress were different in different indexes, In a word, appling fertilization raised drought-resistance of Camellia to a certain extent. Fertilization took effects in raising LRWC、 SOD and POD activity, declineing MDA content and make Chl decreased slow. The performance of different levels of fertilization in the physiological indications of plant drought were different in different indexes,Low and middle fertilization increased contents of LRWC,Pro, SS, and Chl, so drought-tolerance was strengthened through osmotic adjustment. Too much fertilization leaded to LRWC decreasing, SOD activity declining, and MDA accumulating, and made water stress heavier. In this experiment, POD activity,MDA contents, and Chl contents were the most sensitive indexes to water and fertilizers.
