In order to exploer proper cultivation managements of appointed soybean cultivar.A series of field experiments inculding planting density. fertilization management and different seeding period was earried out to discover the effects of planting density, ferdlization and seeding period on the yield and the main agronomic characters.. The main conclusions are as follows:1The varieties including Zhongdou30ã€Jiangxi bean4ã€Nandou5and Youchun05-4could grow normally in red soil in Jiangxi province and had wide adaptability and better comprehensive character. The shorter procreating period, high filledgrain percentage and100grain wight, full grain, high yield, and dry red soil adapted characters of Zhongdou30indicated that it could popularize in large scale in Jiangxi province specially.2The growing period of Zhongdou30was affected little by the planting density but the plant biology characters, economic characters were affected largely by planting density. Higher planting density could increase plant height and improve the number of plant of unit area, but higher planting density has negative influence significantly on per-total the number of pod and real pod. While sparsely-planted could increase branches, lower the position of branches. improve filledgrain percentage. As a whole, the planting density (40cm×25cm) got the highest yield in all treatments. The result of this study showed that the planting density of40cm X25cm was wise planting density in dry red soil in Jiangxi province.3The Zhongdou30has no special demand on fertilization. In this study,(Carbamide10kg/667m2+Potassium10kg/667m2+Calcium maqnesium pHospHor25kg/hm2) got higher yield and economic benefit than other treatment. The Zhongdou30is suitable to plant in mid-nutrient red soil in Jiangxi province.4The seeding period influenced the yield and yield component factors significantly.The results showed that the filledgrain percentage of Zhongdou30which sowed before mid-April is higher than planting a little later and reached more than90%in dry red soil in Jiangxi province.The highest100-grain weight is23.68g:and the lowest is22.50g. Postponed the seeding period could reduced the100-grain weight of Zhongdou30significantly. As a whole, postponing the seeding period could reduced the yield and yield component factors of Zhongdou30. The results showed that advanced the seeding pe(?) improve the filledgrain percentageã€100-grain weight of Zhongdou30in hilly red soil in Jiangxi province.
