Bovine viral diarrhea/mucosal disease (Bovine viral diarrhea/mucosal disease the BVD/MD), caused by Bovine viral diarrhea/mucosal virus, this virus is the Flaviviridae, one of the member of the Pestivirus genus, having an important position on the etiology of the cattle. So far, there is no effective prevention and control measures of B VDV.Therefore,to establish a rapid and efficient detection method for early detection of BVDV is very important for early prevention. In this study, according to highly conserved characteristics of the BVDV5’-UTR,primers and probe were designed,Through optimized of reaction conditions,Established the general purpose of the detection of BVDV by RT-PCR,universal fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR method, simultaneous detection of BVDV type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ virus dual fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method respectively. Secondly,by the primer design and over lap PCR amplification, we got a internal amplification control as a reference in BVDV fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR amplification process. All of the above-mentioned methods have good specificity, sensitivity and reproducibility, the construction of the internal standard can also monitor the reaction process to ensure the accuracy of test results.BVDV universal fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR method. The establishment of the above methods can detect BVDV quickly, sensitively and accurately.
