This paper are used8306as basic materials, by means of hybrid and backcross with NX232,the genetic composition of8306is100%, the NX232x8306, the NX232x8306and (NX232x8306) x NX232respectively in the accounts for75%,50%and25%by8306, according to studythe aroma content and composed of ingredients such as differences in different locations throughthe flue-cured tobacco genotypes of different genetic backgrounds, discusses the response of higharoma substances on the basis of ecological differences, high aroma varietiesbreeding to providetheoreticl support. According to the test results and analysis, preliminary conclusions are asfollows:The glandular hairy secretion and petroleum ether extract content as the quantity propertygenetic, the more genetic component of8306material its glandular hair secretion and petroleumether extract content the higher. The petroleum ether extract content in the begainning flue-curedtobacco leaves is the highest. The glandular hair secretion and petroleum ether extract content inYunXiXian tobacco is highest, glandular hairy secretion and the contents of petroleum etherextract in shiyan flue-cured tobacco leaves area stablity.Tobacco total phenolic content of three periods are significant difference and the fluecuredtobacco’s total phenolic content (22.01%) is highest. Yunxi and Zhushan tobacco have the higherphenol content, respectively,31.83%,31.11%, the difference of three locations in tobacco leaftotal phenolic content significantly. The total phenolic content of the flue-cured tobacco in theinteraction between location and genotype effects are obvious.The chlorophyll and carotenoid content of tobacco leaves are not from affected of the8306genetic composition.The genetic expression of The carotenoid content in tobacco leaves isheterosis.The chlorophyll content of Two periods is significant difference and the45d’s leaf age offlue-cured tobacco in central leaf chlorophyll content is the highest, reaching1.54mg/g. Thecarotenoid content of Two periods is significant difference and the45d’s leaf age of flue-curedtobacco in central leaf carotenoid content t is the highest, reaching0.14mg/g. The60d’s leaf ageof flue-cured tobacco in central leaf carotenoid content t is the lowest, only to0.1mg/g. Yunxitobacco have the highest chlorophyll content of1.56mg/g, followed by Fang County, chlorophyll content of1.51mg/g, the minimum of the Zhushan the leaf chlorophyll content was1.37mg/g,the difference of three locations in the leaf chlorophyll content are significant. Chlorophyll andcarotenoid content of the flue-cured tobacco in Shiyan region was stable.This study show that the three locations of the seven genotypes of the flue-cured tobaccoleaf total sugar and reducing sugar content,in Zhushan is the highest, followed by Fang County,YUNXI minimum, and three sites differences were significant level. Nitrogen and nicotine contentof tobacco leaves in Zhushan is the highest, followed by Yunxi,Fang County minimum, and threesites differences were significant level. Total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine content of tobaccoleaves was stable in Shiyan and the total nitrogen content of tobacco leaves obvious interactionbetween genotype and location.Five flue-cured tobacco of Fang County, MS8306(the NX232×8306)×8306, NX232x8306(×8306)×NX232, NX232and NX232,are detected qualitativly29kinds of aroma substances.This aroma substances inculde eleven kinds of carotenoid degradation products, six kinds ofbrowning reaction products, four kinds of phenylalanine substances, six kinds of other aromasubstances and neophytadiene.The more genetic component of8306material its total neutral aroma, brown reaction productand class degradation products of phenylalanine content the higher. Tomato ketone as tobacco leafglandular hair secretion degradation products, is not effected by8306genetic composition. Thismay be because of in the flue-cured tobacco leaves modulation process the glandular hairsecretion degradated only a few, Penetrate into the flue-cured tobacco epidermal cells.
