Mixed sowing is a way of forage seeding, and the forage of mixed sowing pasture has high yield and quality. In this experiment, the test forage was alfalfa (Medicago sativar cv. Golden Empress) and siberian wildryegrass (Elymus sibiricus L. cv. Nongmu), all provided by grass station in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. In2011, the grassland community biological characteristics, production, interspecific competition was measured by three different water and seven Fertilizer treatment, and the optimum combination was inferd. The results showed that:(1) From the biological characteristics of perspective,111.4kg/hm2nitrogen,104kg/hm2phosphate, or27%~28%water content of soil, the index of forage grass mixed seeding generally higher than other processing.(2) Mixed seeding grasses with soil water drop biomass and reduce,111.4kg/hm2nitrogen,104kg/hm2phosphate and74.4kg/hm2nitrogen,34.6kg/hm2phosphate biomass to higher than other processing.(3) The grass with net Pn of soil moisture content increases,111.4kg/hm2nitrogen,104kg/hm2phosphate processing net photosynthetic rate was higher than other treatment; WUE as the soil moisture content and increase the reduced.(4)27%-28%water content of soil and74.4kg/hm2nitrogen,34.6kg/hm2processing, and nutritional value is the best.
