The Practical Research Of Dew Detoxication Fucntion Of Acetyl Gallic Acid, Chitosan Portuguese On Checken Forage

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the detoxication effects of aflatoxin-detoxifizyme on AA broiler fed with dietary containing aflatoxin B1.3607-d-old AA broilers were randomly divided into3groups (The control group-Agroup, montmorillonite group-B group and Acetyl gallic Portugal dew groups-C1,C2,C3Groups),5replicates per group.The three groups were fed to basal diet (adding0.1AFB1), basal diet+2g/kg montmorillonite and basal diet+Acetyl gallic Portugal (0.32g/k、0.62g/kg、1g/kg), respectively. Trial was conducted in two phases(1-21d,22-42d), totally lasted for42days. The results showed that:(1) The results of growth performance index show that:AFB1suppressed the growth performance of broilers significantly. Compare with the control group, B group and C groups significantly decreased ADG (P<0.05), dcrease ADFI (P>0.05) and increase F:G (P=0.07); Meanwhile, C groups was significantly higher than B group in the aspect of ADG and ADFI (P<0.05), and lower in F:G (P<0.05)(2) Compared with that of control, succinic dehydrogenase(SDH)activity of AFB1group was increased significantly (P<0.05), choline esterase(CHE) activity was increased(P>0.05), whereas alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity was increased(P>0.05).(3) The results of Liver oxidation index indicated that;AF caused the anti-oxidation ability weakened. Compare with B and C groups, the control group was significantly lowered in glutathione peroxidase(P<0.05),and SOD decreased(P>0.05), adding Acetyl gallic Portugal were dew made all the liver oxidation index significantly increase compare with the control group (P<0.05)(4) The results of serum protein indicators showed that:AFB1significantly decreased the parameters of TP、GB and WB (P<0.05), adding Acetyl gallic Portugal were dew made all the serum protein index significantly increase compare with the control group (P<0.01)(5) The results of serum enzyme indicators showed that:B and C Groups demonstrated a decreasing tread in SGOT(P<0.05) and ALT, AKP (P>0.1)(6)The results of viscera body parameters indicators showed that AFB1significantly increased the parameters related with liver and hart(P<0.05),and C groups was significantly lower than B grou(P<0.05)p.(7)Compare with montmorillonite, all the results of experiment tell that Acetyl gallic Portugal were dew is a better Physical adsorbent with stronger de-toxin fuction.
