20waxy wheat varieties (lines) were used as material and Yangmai158as the comparison to measure main agronomic traits, amylose content and some starch qualities including RVA parameters and to identify near-infrared parameters, the LOX activity and some grain qualities including pentosan content and based on which we performed variance analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis. The results were as follows:1、The correlation analysis based on the main agronomic traits showed that the difference on the Plant height, Panicle length, Total spikelet numbers, Spikelets Sterile numbers, Sterile numbers per tested line, Grain number per spike,1000-grian weight(TGW) and Grain yield among different wheat cultivars (lines) have reached significant or extremely significant level. The Plant height ranges from62.5cm98.33cm and Of all waxy wheat lines17were below80cm. the Panicle length of annongl waxy was10.1cm and0.8cm longer than the comparison (9.3cm) and the length of the remaining19waxy wheat lines ranged between7.8-9.6cm; The average number of Sterile numbers per tested line was102.02,ranging between77.00~131.00. and the average of Grain number per spike was40.08, ranging between37.67~52; the average of1000-grian weight(TGW) was39.3g, ranging between33.17g~44.88g. The correlation analysis between the Panicle length and Plant height, the Panicle length and Spikelets Sterile numbers, Grain number per spike and Total spikelet numbers were all positively correlated with each other and reached significant level,while Grain number per spike was negatively correlated with Spikelets Sterile numbers and also reached significant level.2、The results of variance analysis on amylose content and RVA parameters showed that among different cultivars (lines) the difference on Amylose content Peak viscosity, Low viscosity, Final viscosity, Hold-through, Setback, Peak time and Gelatinization temperature all reached extremely significant level. The result of multiple comparisons showed that the average of amylose content of20wheat cultivars (lines) was3.30%,ranging between0.34%~6.81%. For19ones of the all wheat cultivars the peak viscosity and low viscosity were lower than the comparison, whereas annong1waxy’s peak viscosity and low viscosity was higher than the comparison. The Setback, Final viscosity and Peak time of the waxy wheat varieties (lines) were lower than the comparison, whereas the Hold-through was higher than the comparison. Of the20cultivars,4ones’Gelatinization temperature were lower than the comparison and the remaining were higher.3、The near-infrared parameters suggested that the difference on the protein content, total starch, wet gluten, zeleny and grain hardness among the cultivars all reached extremely significant level. The average of the protein of the20cultivars was14.73%,ranging between13.8%~16.13%and half of which were lower or higher than the comparison. The total starch of all cultivars were higher than the comparison, wet gluten of all cultivars were higher than the comparison except10604line. The Zeleny of all cultivars were lower than the comparison, whereas for grain hardness, all20cultivars were lower than the comparision. Of the20cultivars,the grain hardness of12ones didn’t reach30and based on which we can concluded that the majority of the tested cultivars were soft types.4-, The differences on the LOX activity, total pentosans, water-soluble and water-insoluble pentosan content among waxy wheat varieties (lines) all reached extremely significant level and the multiple comparisons showed that the average of LOX activity of all cultivars was120.40AU.min-1.g-1ranging between97.15AU.min-1.g-1~152.9AU.min-1.g-1and4of which were lower than the comparison and the remaining16were higher, the average of total pentosans of all tested cultivars were higher than the yanmai158. The average of water-soluble pentosan was1.20%with the comparison was1.10%, ranging between0.84%-1.72%,and of which15cultivars were higher than the comparison and5ones lower The average of water-insoluble pentosan content was10.34%,ranging between9.18%-12.56%,and of which9cultivars were lower than the comparison and the remaining12were higher than the comparison.5-, The results of the correlation analysis showed that the peak viscosity was positively correlated with low viscosity, final viscosity and hold-through(extremely significant level) and also positively correlated with setback and gelatinization point(significant). Low viscosity was positively correlated with Final viscosity setback and peak time (extremely significant level) and also positively correlated with hold-through(significant). final viscosity was positively correlated with setback (extremely significant)and also positively correlated with peak time, zeleny, and grain hardness (significant). The setback was positively correlated with peak time,zeleny and grain hardness (extremely significant) whereas negatively correlated with wet gluten, the peak time was positively correlated with zeleny and grain hardness (extremely significant level) whereas negatively correlated with wet gluten. The protein was positively correlated with wet gluten and zeleny (extremely significant level). Zeleny was positively correlated with grain hardness (extremely significant level).whereas negatively correlated with the water content.6、Based on the strain of agronomic characters and small area yield, can think of preliminary test20waxy wheat strain,10597,10607,10608, the three strains of integrated performance relatively better...
