Mangroves are various kinds of trees up to medium height and shrubs that grow in saline coastal sediment habitats in the tropics and subtropics. its unique habitat contains rich and diverse biological types because of its ecological environment is different from the ocean and the land, and thus provides a diverse environment for the survival of microorganisms. Now, the reported for the distribution of actinomycetes in mangrove plants is rarely, this experiment summed up the distribution rules of actinomycetes on part of the mangrove plants which by means of the separation of actinomycetes on three mangrove. The isolated ctinomycetes were antiviral activity testing and then preliminary identification of the active strains, research contents and results are as follows:Rhizosphere soil, root, stem, leaf samples of Hibiscus tiliaceus L., Kandelia candel, and Excoecaria agallocha were collected from the Haikou, Hainan Mangrove Nature Reserve. Total of299strains were isolated from seven kinds of media which are belong to Streptomyces, Micromonospora, Nocardia, Tsukamurella, Promicromonospora, and an undetermined genusThe distribution of actinomycetes numbers and species on three kinds of mangrove obeys:rhizosphere soil>roots>stems>leaves. It was get230strains which were showed their antiviral activity adopt the yeast killer system model, after that,73anti-virus (H1N1) ware screened out by the CPE+MTT method. To study the genetic stability of higher anti-H1N1strains (HA12207, HA12210and HA12284), it shows that3strains all have good genetic stability; The polyphasic taxonomic Identification studies of the3strains were done, include morphological and cultural characteristics, character of physiology and biochemistry, the analysis of16S rDNA sequence and the phylogenetic tree. At last, strain HA12207was identified to be Tsukamurella tyrosinosolvens, Strain HA12210was recognized as Micromonsopora marina. Strain HA12284was recognized as Streptomyces coeruleofuscus.
