People began to explore new cutting mode and concept and carry out forest restoration on landscape scale to solve the problem of forest continuous degradation and disappearing and overcome the limitation of traditional logging and recovery method. Based on wildly collecting domestic and foreign relevant information about forest harvest regulation and forest landscape restoration theory and technology, this paper, Taking the Hongtian village, Yong’an City, Fujian Province as a case, establishes a harvest regulation model of forest resource with space adjacency constraints and analyze village-level forest landscape restoration systemically. The main conclusions are as follows:Taking space adjacency constraints into consideration when making plans for forest harvesting operations, an optimizing spatial model of village-level forest resource utilization was established. To solve the model is known:The largest allowable forest felling volume in Hongtian village should be no more than8623.5m3in the following10years. The cutting decision and the specific location of each sublot can be ensured according to the optimal feasible solution, which can prevent cutting adjacent patches and take advantage of the mature and overmature forest rather than the immature forest. Moreover, the scheduled volumes of the two stages,4106.5m3and4517m3, achieves a balance of timber production. The optimizing spatial model based on village-level forest harvest regulation not only help to obtain the optimal forest felling volume but also protect the local ecological environment and enhance the protection and utilization of forest. In view of the actual research needs and landscape feature, system of forest landscape element types was set up, which contains natural broad-leaved secondary forest, artificial arbor community, economic forest, natural Pinus massoniana secondary forest, bamboo forest, degraded forest land and non-forest land7types of landscape elements. In order to provide the decision basis for optimal allocation of forest landscape and forest landscape restoration, Supported by FRAGSTATS software, the paper analized landscape spatial pattern and dynamic changes of study area with landscape indices method and forecast its development tendency by building Markov model. The driving force of landscape dynamic change was analized concretely and the recovery strategies were put forward using transition probability matrix and field research approach. The results show that landscape dynamic changes process of the study area was the result of the combination of natural factors and human factors. The human disturbance activity is the dominant factor. The regional landscape overall optimization and ecological economic benefit could be brought into play by closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation, taking reasonable cutting methods, developing characteristic rural tourism and forest-under-economy and protecting non-timber forest products. Finally the dual goals of regaining forest landscape ecological integrity and improving human well-being could be achieved.
