Phoebe bournei is subtropical evergreen broad-leaved species, is a species endemic to China, is a good tree species for timber, but also endangered species, was listed as the two national protected plants. In this paper, the Phoebe bournei plantations have studied seasonal dynamic change, which will provide valuable reference information for Phoebe bournei plantation management.The results showed that the change of Phoebe bournei is obvious, and different organs have different rules, the main results are as follows:(1) The trend of the macro-elements of the leaf is summer>spring>autumn> winter,summer is the peak period of growth of Phoebe bournei, its nutrient content reached the maximum. The trend of the micro-elements of the leaf is winter> autumn>spring>summer, this trend is similar with Mn element’s trend.(2) The trend of the macro-elements of the branch is summer>spring> winter>autumn, and K element’s content was the highest, the average number is6.291g·kg-1, the other element’s order is N>Ca>P>Mg. The total content of the micro-elements of the branch is more than the trunk’s, and the spring’s content is the highest.(3) The macro-elements of the bark is between leaf and branch, and the order is summer>spring> winter>autumn, the order is N>K>Ca>P>Mg, the content of bark is higher after the leaf, which facilitates the plant to resistant cold.(4) The nutrient of the trunk is less than the leaf’s, and the macro-elements’ change is not striking, and the order is spring>summer>autumn>winter, the order is K>N>Ca>P>Mg. The change of trunk is not striking, between7.812g·kg-1~12.227g·kg-1, the spring is more than the other three seasons.(5) The macro-elements of the roots is winter>spring>autumn>summer, the change rule of each part in the roots is similarity. The content from spring to summer began to increase, reach a peak.Then the content began to decreased, autumn reach to a low peak. From autumn to winter the content have some rebound, and winter’s content is more than the other three seasons. The macro-elements of the fine root is the highest, the average number is22.118g-kg-1.The trend of the micro-elements of the roots is different with roots’macro-elements.(6)The macro-elements’content in the un-decomposed litter is more than the semi-decomposed litter’s, and the change is different with each other, but the macro-elements of the two groups’maximal value are all in the winter, and the order is N>Ca>K>P>Mg. The micro-elements’content of the semi-decomposed litter is more than the un-decomposed litter’s.(7) The order of macro-elements’content in each layer of soil is0-15cm>15-30cm>45-60cm>30-45cm, and the element’s order in each layers is K>Ca>N>Mg>P, and the change is different in the each layer. Because of the speed of litter’s nutrient integrate into the soil is not same, leading to the layer of0-15cm and the layer of15-30cm are all reach to the highest value in the winter, while the layer of30-45cm and the layer of45-60cm are all in the spring.(8) The enrichment ability of macro-elements is different, and trend is N>P>K>Ca>Mg. And the order of each organ’s enrichment ability is leaf>bark>fine root>branch>thick root>root>rootstock>trunk. The leaf’s enrichment ability is stronger than the other organs, while the trunk’s enrichment ability is the weakest. The enrichment ability of Mn-element is the highest, and the order of each organ’s enrichment ability is leaf>bark>branch>fine root>root>rootstock>thick root>trunk.
