This thesis analyzes the furrow’s movement and force, establishes the mathematical model of plough traction resistance. It optimizes the main parameters affecting the traction resistance and gets the range of the key parameters.The experiments were carried out to study the effects of traction resistance of main parameters of the plow. It summarizes the plow traction resistance P and the furrow plough into the direction angle β1, ploughshare edge angle γ1, tillage velocity ve and tillage depth a and obtains regression equation of the traction resistance. It gets the optimal value of each parameter through the analysis of optimization of regression equation.According to the theoretical analysis and the soil experiment, we get the following conclusions:1) Factors affecting the traction resistance of plow are geometry parameters and operation parameters. Geometric parameters are share installation angle ε1and γ1, slice direction angle into the share α1and β1, slice removal angle of the moldboard β2. Operation parameters are tillage velocity v and tillage depth. Model analysis shows that traction resistance can be decreased by reducing ε1,β1,β1and β2, and Quantitative analysis of these parameters must be carried out.2) It analyzes parameter with the model of the traction resistance and gets the range of determined parameters:ε1is25°~30°,γ1is0°~45°,α1is15°~17°, β1is19°~25°.β2is45°~50°, the ratio of width to depth is generally less than1.27.3) It gets a linear regression equation, a totally two regression equation and cross two regression equation about the plow traction resistance P and the furrow plough into the direction angle β1, ploughshare edge angle γ1, tillage velocity ve and tillage depth a. cross two regression equations can better reflect the various influence factors of traction resistance on plow through the inspection of equation significantly, and the equation is γ3=1724.10+0.14ve2+2.39veα+4314.33β1+491.5β1γ14) It obtains values of the main parameters of the plough traction resistance minimum for ve=7km/h,α=200mm,β=19°,γ1=40°, the plough traction resistance for3262.82N by analyzing the optimization constraints on the equation.
