Chernozem soil is an important soil resources, chernozem soil region of Northeast China’s majorgrain production bases, Fertile land with good physical and chemical properties. But in recentyears, due to the fertilization unreasonable, poor management, soil erosion and other man-madeand natural causes, lead to the decline in soil fertility, the farmland soil degradation moreserious.in particular, decline in soil organic matter causes soil carbon pool is shrinking. Previousfertilizers and manure single facilities or fertilizer, and straw on the Chernozem soil has carriedout extensive research trials. However, for the straw is applied to agents to field strawdecomposition field, few studies of the farmland of black soil carbon pools and carbon poolmanagement index.In this study, black soil in northeast China as the research object, corn stalks fertilizer fertilizerand straw decomposition processing field as the main approach, Field experiment with theapplication of agricultural fertilizer treatment compared explore the different agents approach onsoil respiration and soil organic carbon (CTOC), soil active carbon (CA), microbial biomass carbon(CMB), mineralized carbon(CM) and carbon pool management index change (CPMI). Proven strawfertilizer fertilizer and straw decomposition conditions, the law of the dynamical changes of soilcarbon pool and carbon management index. Provide the basis for the different treatment methodson soil properties and Carbon, as well as energy conservation, increasing soil carbon pool to findthe best fertilize the soil. The results showed that the diurnal and seasonal variation of soilrespiration rate are some rules to follow, the more obvious diurnal variation and seasonal variationof soil respiration rate of the decomposition of straw, soil respiration rate was significantlydifferent among different treatments. Each treatment seasonal variation of soil respiration wereshown a trend of single peak, the soil respiration showed a reducing trend after reaching its peaksoil respiration to the maturity of the corn soil respiration rate reached the lowest. The relationshipbetween soil respiration and temperature display10cm soil layer the5cm soil has a hightemperature sensitivity10cm soil temperature is the main factor of the processing of soilrespiration. Composting straw processing than liquid agents processing soil respiration highcorrelation, no straw than straw deal directly with low correlation. Agents was applied to have asignificant impact on soil respiration, while agents processing and composting of straw on the CTOC, CA, CMB, CMand CPMI role. The the composting straw (FJ) soil CTOC, CA, CMBand itscarbon effective rate higher than the Straw (CK2) and straw (CK1) treatment, The differencebetween the treatment of soil carbon management index was significant. Straw fertilizer ofdifferent inoculant treatments to improve the soil of different forms of carbon content and carbonmanagement index, better able to improve the quality Chernozem soil carbon pool, more effectivefertilized Chernozem soil.
