In this study, the organic bound phosphate fertilizer as the research object, by incubation test andcorn pot experiment, soil pH, soil microbial quantity, physiological indicators of corn, dry matteraccumulation and phosphorus accumulation and phosphate fertilizer utilization system. Results showthat:1. Soil culture test, it was found that the organic combination of state phosphate fertilizer OP reducethe effect of soil pH. Effect is good in the calcareous soil of higher pH, and we should use phosphaterock complex organic bound phosphorus in the red soil of low pH. In the pot experiment, organiccombination of state phosphate also reduce soil pH. This is basically the same with the soil incubationtest results.2. In case of no fertilizer, the number of bacteria in the three soils is very low; Although theapplication of inorganic phosphate fertilizer number of soil bacteria improved, but compared with thecontrol to enhance the effects can’t reach significant; Facilities in the three soil organic boundphosphorus with the matter, the number of soil bacteria are very significantly higher than the number ofbacteria in inorganic fertilizer treatment, an average of about27times. Containing bound phosphorusfertilizer to enhance the rate of the number of bacteria in the soil is very significant. Similarly, in thenumber of no fertilization, soil fungi is very low. In Red Soil application of inorganic fertilizer soil fungiwas not significantly improved, but in the loess soil, and sand damp soil, inorganic phosphate fertilizerto enhance the number of soil bacteria was a significant difference. This shows that the inorganicphosphate to enhance the role of soil fungi. Compared with the application of inorganic phosphatefertilizer, machine bound phosphorus-containing fertilizers significantly increased the number of fungiin the soil. Compared to bacteria, fungi, the number of actinomycetes in the three soils is minimal. Thenumbers of actinomycetes are lower in the three soil application of inorganic phosphate fertilizerprocessing, and no significant difference with the control treatment. Containing bound phosphatefertilizer processing the number of actinomycetes was significantly higher than the inorganic fertilizertreatment. Application of inorganic phosphorus in three soils processing to improve the low volume oftotal bacteria, and no significant difference with the control treatment. Containing bound to organicphosphorus total amount of bacteria was significantly higher than inorganic fertilizer treatment, anaverage of17times. In the three soils containing organic combination of state phosphate processing toenhance the effect of the total amount of bacteria is14-23times higher than the inorganic phosphatefertilizer processing. Organic bound phosphorus by soil microbial biomass effect is very good, OP1,OP2and the OP three fertilizer effect best, the total amount of bacteria in the red soil the rise, and then turn the tide of sandy soil, loess soil.3. Application of organic combination of state phosphate content of soil available water-solublephosphorus content were significantly improved. Compared to inorganic phosphate, to enhance theeffect is very obvious. The test results indicate that bound to organic phosphate fertilizer can improvesoil fertility.4. Bound to organic fertilizer processing is basically no difference in the early crop growth andinorganic phosphate fertilizer effect, able to meet the growth needs of the crop early. Late in cropgrowth and development, compared to inorganic phosphate can still provide sufficient phosphorussource. Compared to inorganic phosphate, organic bound phosphate fertilizer has a sustained releaseeffect.5. In three phosphorus application level, the organic combination the state phosphate fertilizerutilization is better than inorganic fertilizer treatment.
