Based on the identical evaluation conclusion from previous researcher’s papers. The scenic recreational forest of Cunninghamia lanceolata in the state-owned Jiangle forest farm in Fujian province was evaluated. The scenic recreational forest related concepts, landscape evaluation and management system are introduced in the paper.This paper considered the relation and using the method of analytic network process establish the Scenic recreational forest landscape quality evaluation index model and the weight of every index; Using the method of multiple linear regression built model which rely on the actual measurement and the scenic beauty of index; The scenic recreational forest of Cunninghamia lanceolata was evaluated based on SBE and built the Prediction Model;39sample plots and2906trees of Chinese fir plantation in Jiangle national forest in Fujian province were measured to build crown diameter and diameter at breast height (DBH) and their relationship and analyze the application of the relationshio in the forest space, Stand Density and Thinning Intensity. The conclusions were:1) The results showed that in the first grade indexes people more attention to the forest aesthetics, the order of the other is the forest measurement, stand spatial structure, surface cover, forest health. In the second grade indexes the order is slope, tree height, transparency distance, dbh, Life form, canopy density, crown width, density of trees number, the show of trunk, height of shrub, green quantity, proportion of coniferous trees and broadleaved trees, fallen dead wood, height of grass, coverage, distribution of grass and shrub, stem form, color diversity, forest tree distribution, the litter distribution, the mean height under the first alive branch.2) This research used the method of multiple linear regression built model which rely on the actual measurement and the scenic beauty of index. The model of every index and composite were built in the last. The composite model is Y=1.675X,+1.148X2+2.378X3+1.939X4+1.396X5+ 2.182X6+2.243X7+1.420X8+1.687X9+2.213X10+2.251X11+10.302, This equation as the stand beauty estimation model.3) To study the multifunction of Cunninghamia lanceolata stand after the reform of forestry, improve the revenue of the farmer and achieve the multifunction of the forest.The method of scenic beauty estimation and Quantitative Theory I was used to the in-forest landscape to built the multivariate linear models for evaluation and forecast on stand quality between the structural factors in-forest landscape and favor degree, then the management techniques were put forward.The study shows that the predicting model is:Y=0.226+1.729X21+0.562X22+0.194X23+0.061X51+0.]26X52+0.532X53-0.385X54-0.345X61-0.101X62+0.564X6-r0.236X64+0.005X91+0.121X92+0.452X93+1.638X94-0.989X101-0.625X102+0.367X103-0.031X104-0.056X121-0.213X122-1.384X,23+0.005X131-0.385X132-1.544X133, P=0.004<0.05, The study shows that the Cunninghamia lanceolata stand forest can be pruning dead branches and lower alive branches, cutting shrubs, thinning to improve the scenic quality, the best forest density about800stems/hm2, the canopy density about0.8, the height of alive branches about5m, the vegetation change under the stand to disunity and without deadwood. Base on the relation between crown diameter and DBH, when the canopy density was0.8and the forest density about800stems/hm2the stand DBH is23cm, and the beauty of the stand is the best, so we can reserve the tree which DBH was23cm to built the most beautiful landscape. The best landscape score can reach to the biggest65.20.4) The aim of this essay is to provide scientific basis for intermediate cutting by determining standard density (stem number) of farm scenic recreational Chinese fir forest.39sample plots and2906trees of Chinese fir plantation in Jiangle national forest in Fujian province were measured to build crown diameter and diameter at breast height (DBH) and their relationship and analyze the application of the relationship in the forest space, Stand Density and Thinning Intensity, between diameter at breast height and crown diameter (cd/D). The results showed that: the correlation coefficient (R-) is0.9195among2-43cm DBH which was significantly linear. The simulation accuracy among2-35cm DBH was high, but which among35-43cm DBH was small. The analytical result of cd/D in firs of various sizes showed that cd/D decreased gradually with the increase of DBH, and it would finally tend to be a constant.
