Alfalfa is known for "the king of forage", and is an important forage and green manure crop because it is rich in nitrogen content and its feeding value is the highest in the pasture. With the development of genetic engineering, transgenic technology has been opened a new way for alfalfa breeding development. The test for detection of the resistance of transgenic plants, aimed at positive plants can be stably inherited.Our laboratory transferred the OsAPX2and ABP9to alfalfa by Agrobacterium-mediated method, significantly enhanced the resistance of transgenic plants. In this study, we identified the T1transgenic plants by molecular technique, and researched its stress resistance by drought and salt tolerance. The main results are as follows:1, Only10lines with herbicide resistance of the12OsAPX2transgenic alfalfa lines; among8strains amplified from OsAPX2gene specific bands, and OsAPX2in transgenic T1generation been expressed in alfalfa plants.2, Only8lines with herbicide resistance of the10ABP9transgenic alfalfa lines; which only7strains ABP9gene amplified from specific bands, and ABP9gene been expressed in T1generation plants.3, T1generation gene transfer ABP9drought tolerant alfalfa plants better than wild-type plants Baoding; OsAPX2gene transfer T1generation plant salt tolerance of alfalfa obvious advantages.4, The test plant physiological test results with the observed phenotypes consistent. Screened out the resistant plants of T1generation transgenic plants of inheritance of alfalfa.
