As a necessary part of natural ecosystem, soil animal plays important role in the material circulation and energy flow. This study aimed to explore the impact of different factors on soil animal community by ecology research under different conditions of soil animal community in grassland ecosystems and urban ecosystem. In grassland ecosystem of Xilin Gol, Inner Mongolia, we studied the vegetation below-ground biomass, soil animal community structure, and dynamic distribution pattern under the different grazing intensity, the different precipitation enhancement gradient, the different rodent density and the different soil moisture conditions. Which was explored the impact of grazing, rainfall, rodent density, soil moisture and vegetation underground biomass on soil animal community. The main findings are as follows:1. Totally4,484samplings of soil animal were collected from study area during. All the soil animals were categorized into2phylum,6Classes,28groups, among them insects (Arthropoda:Insecta) were dominant taxa.2. There was a lag impact of grazing on soil f animal, and moderate grazing can increase soil animal density and diversity.3. Moderate precipitation enhancement can increase the density and diversity of arthropods, excessive rainfall will reduce the density and diversity of arthropods.4. Under Grazing and precipitation enhancement conditions, there was a significant positive correlation between the density of meso-microfauna arthropod soil animal and vegetation underground biomass.5. With the rodent density increases, the vegetation underground biomass and the density of meso-microfauna arthropod soil animals become lower.6. With soil moisture reduced, the vegetation underground biomass was significantly reduced, while the density of meso-microfauna arthropod soil animal first increases and then decreases, there is a significant peak.In the urban ecosystem of Zhengzhou, Henan province, we studied the soil animal community structure under different degree of urbanization and different habitats in the urban ecosystem. The main results are as follows:1. Urban sprawl can significantly reduce the density and diversity of soil animals, have a tremendous impact on soil animal community.2. There are significant differences of the population composition, density, and diversity of soil animal communities in different habitats. But all soil animal communities were showed the table cohesion.3. Soil animal communities has significant seasonal fluctuations, and soil moisture and habitat conditions was the important constraints factors to the density and diversity of soil animal communities.
