Synthesis And Technology Study Of Piketoprofen ,an Antipyretic And Analgesic Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug

In recent years, antipyretic and analgesic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have developed rapidly, many new varieties and dosage forms based on the development of acetanilide and imidacloprid oxazolidinone. However, use of these drugs long-term can cause gastrointestinal tract, kidney, liver and blood system and other organizations as well as system adverse reactions. Therefore, it is urgently needed for clinical to develop more safe, effective and few side effects drugs on anti-inflammatory analgesic. In recent years , the basic starting point for the development of lower gastrointestinal tract adverse events has become research focus on people’s attention.Piketoprofen,s a new antipyretic and analgesic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, is the topical aryl-propionamide style of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkillers.The function of this drug is rapid,sustained and well tolerated well. In lift the symptoms, it is superior to similar preparations as containing salicylate and hydroxyl pawson,and the side effects is low.In this dissertation, Piketoprofen were prepared by nitration, reduction, diazotization, Friedel-Crafts reaction, coupling, methylation, acylation and condensation reactions. At the same time, the synthetic route of piketoprofen has been studied for reduce costs, simplify operations, security goals.and then the best synthetic route was determine and synthesis was investigated. The structure of the target compound piketoprofen was identified by IR and 1H-NMR. The yield was 46%.
