Objective To explore the impact of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) for post-burn inflammatory responsethrough analyzing the change of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in blood serum as well as the change ofC-reaction protein,IL-6and total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) under in different H2S level. Methods Randomly select78male SD rats,72of them were prepared as30%TBSA fullthickness burn model, and randomly divide into simple burn group,NaHS group and PPG group(24rats in each group);the remained6rats were selected as burn group,to collect the blood serumof rats at6h,12h,24h and48h respectively. Applying sulfur sensitive electrode method for thedetermination of serum H2S concentrations,to analyze the change of CRP, IL-6and TAOC withrelevant testing kits. Results Compared with the none burn group, the H2S level decreased at each time point, especially at6h (35.18±5.46ummol/L) and12h (52.20±5.06ummol/L), P<0.05; CRP,IL-6significantly increased and TOAC decreased (P<0.05) at each time point;compared withsimple burn group,H2S level in NaHS group significantly increased at6h(54.77±3.12ummol/L),12h (52.20±5.06ummol/L) and24h (50.91±3.80ummol/L) post burn, P<0.05; comparedwith simple burn group, H2S level, CRP and IL-6increased and TOAC decreased at different timepoint. Conclusion In a certain range, increase the content of H2S,can reduce the CRP and IL-6levels,improve the ability of TAOC;within a certain range, reduce the content of H2S,CRP and IL-6levelsincreased,TAOC decreased. In this experiment, through the understanding of the H2S of burn ratserum IL-6,CRP and TAOC effects, suggests that H2S may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidanteffects,in the early postburn inflammatory response plays a certain protective effect. But H2S themolecular mechanism of this function is not clear, whether in severe burn inflammation as newtherapeutic direction, still need more research....
