Objective To analyze the relevant factors of acute ST-elevation myocardialinfarction patients and to explore the correlation between cardiovascular risk factorsand the severity of coronary artery stenosis, influence factors, clinical characteristics. Methods It was retrospectively analyzed that224acute ST-elevation myocardialinfarction patients who were treated in Fujian Provincial hospital from January2009to June2011,189cases were male and35cases were female, its age ranged from31to86years old, the average age was (61.5±11.9) years old. Cardiovascular risk factorsincluded age, sex, hypertension, smoking, type2diabetes mellitus anddyslipidemia. The study collected their coronary angiography results. The extent andseverity of coronary stenosis was evaluated by Syntax Score. The study analyzed thecorrelation between cardiovascular risk factors and the severity of coronary arterystenosis. The study analyzed the correlation between the onset related factors, such ascoronary lesions, infarction parts, infract related artery and the prognosis such as heartfailure, shock, arrhythmia, mortality in the224AMI patients. Results The male group average onset age was (60.4±12.1) years old, and thefemale average group onset age was (65.2±9.9) years old, The average onset age ofmale group was earlier than that of female group by nearly five years(P <0.05).Among the224AMI patients, there were129(57.6%) patients with a history ofhypertension,57(25.4%)with type2diabetes mellitus,96(42.9%)with dyslipidemiaand136(60.7%) with smoking. The Syntax Scores were higher in patients withcomorbid conditions of hypertension,type2diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, orsmoking. The incidence of heart failure in patients whose IRA is LAD was higherthan that of other places (P<0.05), The incidence of cardiogenic shock andarrhythmia in patients whose IRA is RCA was higher than that of other places(P<0.05). The Syntax Scores were higher in patients who were suffer from heartfailure and arrhythmia(P<0.05). Conclusion1. The average onset age of male group was earlier than that of female group.2. The Syntax Scores were higher in patients with comorbid conditions ofhypertension,type2diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia,or smoking.3. The incidence of heart failure, cardiogenic shock and arrhythmia was relatedto IRA,the extent and severity of coronary stenosis.
