Objective: By comparison in patients with type2diabetes mellitus complicated withacute cerebral infarction with and type2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and the healthycontrol group of serum visfatin, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and blood lipid, understand the relationship of blood glucose, blood lipid andserum visfatin, for exploring visfatin and provide a basis for the relationship of diabeticvascular diseaseMethods: Using the ELISA method for the determination of newly diagnosed simplextype2diabetic patients, in patients with type2diabetes mellitus complicated with acutecerebral infarction and serum visfatin level in healthy people,single-factor analysis ofcomparative law method and multivariate analysis method for analysis of serum visfatinand body mass index, blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose and other relations.Results:①type2diabetes mellitus and type2diabetes mellitus complicated with acutecerebral infarction group serum visfatin level significantly higher than healthy controlgroup (p﹤0.01); type2diabetes group serum visfatin level significantly higher than2diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction group(p﹤0.05);②2typediabetes group and2type diabetes merged acute brain infarction group BMI, and WHR,and TC, and FPG, and PG2h and the HbA1c significantly higher than health controlgroup, HDL-C level significantly below health control group (p﹤0.01);2type diabetesmerged acute brain infarction group SBP and the DBP significantly higher than2typediabetes group and the health control group, TG, and FPG, and PG2h and the HbA1csignificantly below2type diabetes group (p﹤0.01);③visfatin level was positivelyassociated with BMI, WHR, DBP, TG, FPG and HbA1c, visfatin level was negatively correlated with age and hdl-c;④the linear multivariate regression analysis showed thatDBP, hdl-c, FPG and HbA1c visfatin for the main influence factors.Conclusions:①Type2diabetes mellitus and type2diabetes mellitus complicated withacute cerebral infarction and serum visfatin level significantly higher than healthy controlgroup, type2diabetes group serum visfatin level significantly higher than2diabetesmellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction group.②Serum visfatin level andBMI, WHR, DBP, TG, FPG and HbA1c are related, and HDL-C negative correlationwith age.③Serum visfatin and abnormal metabolism of glucose and lipid levels andblood pressure are closely linked, visfatin is probably one of the pathogenesis of type2diabetes, and the occurrence of type2diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebralinfarction, but specific mechanisms need to be further studied.
