| ã€Objective】To compare the short-term clinical therapeutic effectof laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) and open radical cystectomy(ORC),and summarize the related experience.ã€Methods】The clinical data of31cases with LRC and25cases withORC from April2009to December2011were retrospectively analyzed. Theperioperative data, postoperative recovery, complications andtherapeutic effect were compared between LRC group and ORC group.ã€Results】The operating time was (5.68±1.37)h in ORC group and(7.40±1.82)h in the LRC group (p<0.05).The blood loss was (986.0±705.4)ml in ORC group and (340.3±242.4)ml in the LRC group (p<0.05).The oralintake after operation was (5.0±2.4)days in ORC group and (4.5±2.0)days in the LRC group (p>0.05).The hospitalize time after operation was(19.0±10.2)days in ORC group and (18.2±5.7)day in the LRC group(p<0.05).The number of pelvic lymphadenectomy was (11.4±6.2)in theORC group and(11.1±5.6)in the LRC group. The rate of lymph node positivewas12.0﹪in the ORC group and19.4﹪in the LRC group(p>0.05).Thecomplication rate was36.0﹪in the ORC group and25.8﹪in the LRC group. The follow-up period is3to35months,mean time is (17.0±9.5)months.In the LRC group, tumor recurrence was noted in2cases,13and18monthsafter surgery. And in ORC group, recurrence was noted in2cases,14and21months after surgery.ã€Conclusions】The short-term therapeutic effect between the twogroups is comparable. LRC had advantages of minimally invasive, lessblood loss, less postoperative complications, but had disadvantage ofmore operation time. It needs long-term follow up to confirm the tumorcontrol. |
