| ObjectiveTo observe The short-term effect of the Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal SprayCombined with Bi yuan shu oral liquid on the children snoring，to explore the conservativetreatment of the children snoring.Methods30cases of children are theated by the Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal SprayCombined with Bi yuan shu oral liquid, to assess the degree of nasal obstruction,rhinorrhoea, cough, snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea;to evaluate the Clinical TreatmentOutcome after four month. through paired-samples t-test statistics with two objectivebasis: adenoidal/nasopharyngeal ratio and posterior airway space.ResultsThe most of children are severe-medium abnormalities at pretherapy, they are changedinto Mildly abnormalities or Almost abnormalities at posttherapy. the effective rate of83.3%, the ineffective rate of16.7%.9case of the children have Ⅲ°hypertrophy oftonsils,through treaded by the Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray Combined withBi yuan shu oral liquid,they become Ⅱ°hypertrophy of tonsils. Fifteen cases of thechildren snoring who the A/N ratio(x±s)is(0.8333±0.0785)at pretherapy, the A/N ratio（x±s）is（0.8333±0.0785）at posttherapy, through paired-samples t-test statistics (P<0.001). Fifteen cases of the children snoring who the PAS （x±s） is（0.4066cm±0.1948cm） at pretherapy, the PAS （x±s） is （0.7933cm±0.4494cm） atposttherapy,through paired-samples t-test statistics (P <0.001).ConclusionsThe nasal sprary steroid mometasone furoate cooperate with Bi yuan shu oral liquidon the children snoring are effective after treatment to the most part of children,this is a simple treatment which have a trifle of adverse reaction. Accordingly,It is one ofconservative treatment of the children snoring and the palindromia snoring byadenoidectomy. The long-term effect of the Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal SprayCombined with Bi yuan shu oral liquid on the children snoring is still unknown. |
