Objective To explore preeclampsia umbilical arterial blood flow changes, andthe relationship between umbilical arterial blood flow changes and the pregnancyoutcomes. Methods To collect preeclampsia patients127cases the period from Nov,2010to Oct,2011in obstetrics and gynecology hospitalization and delivery of TheFirst Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology, consist of53cases of severe preeclampsia patients and74cases of severe preeclampsia patients, random selection210cases of pregnant woman in The same period outpatient serviceand be hospitalized to the normal control group, all control group cases were ruled outmedical complications; Color Doppler ultrasound detection umbilical arterial bloodflow parameters peak systolic diastolic ratio(S/D) value resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI), with the fetus and pregnant women were followed untilpostpartum; preeclampsia patients after the birth of1minute Apgar score, incidencerate of birth fetal growth (FGR), prenatal mortality rate, placenta weight, birth weightof newborn, cesarean rate and incidence matrix ascites of pregnant woman and thecontrol group the pregnancy outcome are compared and analyzed; SPSS13.0softwarewas used to do statistical analysis, using testing of normal distribution for thequantitative data and chi-square test for the enumeration data, α=0.05as significantlevel, P <0.05for differences with a statistical significance.Results1. Along with preeclampsia patient’s condition severe degree ofincrease, umbilical arterial blood flow ratio increased a trend, compared mildpreeclampsia group with control group, umbilical arterial blood S/D, RI, PI valueincrease trend is not obvious, the result was no statistical differences(P>0.05);Compared severe preeclampsia group with control group S/D, RI, PI value the trendwas significantly higher, the result have statistical differences (P <0.05). 2. Along with the increase of the ratio of umbilical arterial blood flow, comparedmild preeclampsia group with control group of1minute Apgar score, incidence rate ofFGR, prenatal mortality rate, placenta weight, birth weight of newborn of change arenot obvious, the result was no statistical differences(P>0.05); Compared severepreeclampsia group with control group of1minute Apgar score, placenta weight, birthweight of newborn of the trend was significantly decrease, the result have statisticaldifferences(P<0.05),and incidence rate of FGR, prenatal mortality rate of the trend wassignificantly higher, the result have statistical differences(P <0.05).3. Along with the increase of the ratio of umbilical arterial blood flow, comparedmild preeclampsia group with control group pregnant woman of cesarean section rateand matrix ascites have no obvious difference, the result was no statisticaldifferences(P>0.05); And compared severe preeclampsia group with control grouppregnant of Cesarean section rate and matrix ascites have significantly higher trend,The result have statistical differences(P <0.05).4. Umbilical arterial absent end-diastoli velocity of fetus have appeared in severepreeclampsia group, reflects the fetus and the placenta circular function has beenbetween serious damage, FGR rate, prenatal mortality rate and incidence matrixascites was significantly higher.Conclusion1. Along with increase of preeclampsia patient’s condition severedegree, Umbilical arterial blood S/D, RI, PI value is increasing gradually.2. Along with the increase of preeclampsia patient’s umbilical arterial blood flowratio, the incidence of adverse perinatal fetus outcomes, pregnant woman’s cesareansection rate and incidence matrix ascites is increasing gradually.3. When umbilical arterial absent end-diastoli velocity, show the fetus has aserious lack of oxygen stage, except in the case of fetal malformation, the fetus hasability to survive in vitro, should be timely termination of pregnancy, fetal get rid ofthe bad intrauterine environment and in vitro treatment.4. Fetal umbilical arterial blood S/D RI PI was measured as important indexesreflect the placenta function and predict fetal situation in the uterus.
