Application Of HPV-DNA Detecting With TCT Test And Colposcopy Examination In Cervical Carcinoma Diagnosis

Objective:To study of the value of HPV-DNA detecting and TCT combined with colposcopic biopsy in cervical diseases dignosis.Methods:918cases of female received HR-HPV-DNA and TCT detects,the positive result of the detections with one or two had colposcopic biopsy and pathological exam ination.CIN and above are as pathological positive,analysed the positive result. Then analyse the result with statistical method(SPSS13.0).Results:In the study,there were115positive cases for HR-HPV-DNA(H Group),with39positive of pathological exam,coincidence rate is33.9%;76positive cases for TCT test(T Grouop),with40positive of pathological exam,coincidence rate is52.6%;there were56cases for both,with51positive of pathological exam coincidence rate is91.1%.Compared with H Group and H+T Group, P<0.01;Compared with T Group and H+T Group, P<0.05.There were significant differences in the result.Conclusions:HR-HPV-DNA test has a higher sensitivity in cervical lesions,and a lower specificity,TCT test has a higher specificity,but a lower sensitivity. Pathological examination is the diagnostic criteria, the positive rate can be raised by combining HR-HPV-DNA and TCT detects in screening and early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma and cervical precancerous lesions.
