| Objective Breast cancer has been one of the most common malignancy among women. To investigate the incidence rate and risk factors of breast cancer in Chengyang District of Qingdao so as to ensure the value of screening in early diagnosing of breast cancer and to find out methods to improve detectable rate of early breast cancer.Methods A screening was operated on13597rural women who have resided Chengyang District of Qingdao more than three years. Among of them, the youngest were35years old, the oldest were59years old and the mean age is47.9years old. Questionnaire, clinical breast examination, ultrasound and screening mammography, operating biopsy were used. Using SPSS16.0software for data collation and statistical analysis, using X2test and receive operating characteristic curve, P values are0.05.Result The combination of clinical breast examination, ultrasound and mammography achieved high accuracy of diagnosis for breast cancer. In this screening,14cases of breast cancer were found and there is a103.0/100000detect rate. The highest morbidity was in women aged from40to49. The incidence of breast cancer was also related with age, family history of breast cancer, high fat diet, drinking, and history of hyperplasia of mammary glands, P values are less than0.05.Conclusion The screening for breast cancer can resulted in diagnosis of much early cancers. The combination of clinical breast examination, ultrasound and mammography is an more effective method of screening for breast cancer. Screening and health education can detect much early cancers, can diagnosis and treat earlier in time, can improve therapeutic efficacy and prognosis. Interference of risk factor may be important to reduce breast cancer. |
