| Objective To investigate multivariable the factors regarding the change of postoperative blood pressure of aldosterone producing adenoma (APA) patients. Methods A total of139patients who underwent surgery for aldosteronepr producing adenoma were collected. The were divided into two groups according to their postoperative blood pressure:nor motensive and hypertensive groups. The clinical data before and after operation were compared in two groups. Logistic regression analysis was used to determine factors associated with postoperative hypertension. clinical factors that influencing the level of APA postoperative blood pressure. The patients with high blood pressure more time, left ventricular septal is thicker, the gland tumors, the family history of hypertension and cerged primary hypertension may be are some of the most important clinical factors that influencing the level of APA postoperative blood pressure to continue rise. Results (1) After operation,80cases (57.6%) patients, blood pressure were recovered to normal,59cases (42.4%) patients were still with hypertension.(2)Compared with postoperative nor-motensive group, patients who remained hypertension had older age and longer durations of hypertension before operation. The family history of hypertension was more frequent in hypertensive group The renal function indexes, such as endogenous creatinine clearance reteand antisterone test, adrenocortical adenoma volume size, left ventricular septal thickness, were significantly different in three groups (all P<0.05).Conclusion The patient’s age, family history, time of hypertension, endogenous creatinine clearance rate, antisterone test, adrenocortical adenoma volume, the thickness of left ventricular septal are some of the most important. |
